Excellent spa hotel, located in a beautiful picturesque location. The atmosphere is relaxing. Delicious food, caring staff. Comfortable beds and pillows in the room.

The design of the hotel and rooms is quite outdated. Needs renovation. But everything is clean and smells good. I vacationed in this hotel alone and a few days later I brought my mother and daughter with me. We got the same room for 3 people as I did for one, but the price was almost 3 times higher. Apparently because of the food, since there is half board, but it seemed disproportionate to me. Also the prices for spa treatments have become very expensive compared to my stay a few years ago. It seems to me that a hotel that does not invest in renovation should compensate for this issue in more convenient prices, at least for spa treatments.

Food was fantastic: A wide choice of different meals, really fresh salads, perfect pastries. Everything to delight the eyes and the mouth. The area is quiet, suitable for walking. I liked it very much, it was more for older, quiet people. There were very few people and we enjoyed the bathing part of the house.

There was nothing wrong worth mentioning. Maybe the TV remote control: it didn't really work, it jumped many channels at once when changing channels... .

Very good overall. Lovely to spend so much time in the water, just lazing around. Breakfast and dinner were the stand out features of our trip - absolutely incredible quality and variety. Live music in the evenings a welcome bonus.

There were too many kids splashing around in the pools that were not effectively managed by hotel staff. The hotel needs to make its mind up whether it is a quiet relaxing spa (mainly aimed at the older age bracket) or a resort hotel (aimed at families). If it's trying to be both then it needs to apply its own rules about conduct in the pool and spa areas to the way children behave.

It was in the perfect spot of the town , very quiet . The receptionists and waitresses were polite.

90’s design in the bar area. out of date interior design. they should update at least the lamps and curtains of the common areas . I wouldn’t allow children to stay int he hotel. it just doesn’t fit the atmosphere.

Ideal location close to the lake. Selection of desserts (15-20 choices) was excellent during dinner.

Renovation of both the outside and the inside of the hotel would be benefitial, especially for a five star hotel. Selection of main courses (only 5 choices) during dinner could be improved.

The spa and wellness facilities were superb, the food was delicious and abundant! The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was friendly and polite - they madue us feel special! 😁

Beautiful hotel with great, very clean pools, including a thermal one and a nice sauna area. The breakfast and dinner were very good buffets, with great selection. The staff was really nice and attentive. There are plenty of sunbeds and places to relax. It is an easy, 5-10 minute walk to the Lake. We also had a massage in the hotel, which was very good. Our room was right above the entrance and parking, so the view wasn't great, but despite this, the room was quiet and overall comfortable. The pillow selection was appreciated.

The WIFI didn't really work during our stay. In all the outdoors terrace areas and around the pool, people were smoking. It really decreased our enjoyment of the meals and drinks from the bar that we had to deal with constant second-hand smoke. Even the tiny non-smoking area of the terrace is right next to the area where the kitchen staff takes their smoking break, so it defeats the purpose. The alternative is to only eat or drink inside, but in the gorgeous, summer weather, it is really a pity to have to choose to be indoors to get away from the second-hand smoke. The sauna area had no ice machine or a cold drink dispenser / and the indoor part had some bad smells. The room had an electric kettle and some tea, but at least some instant coffee would be appreciated.

The whole hotel - great staff, great food, great pools and service - we know many hotels in HU but the Lotus Hotel is simply fantastic. We will be happy to come back here. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Everything was perfect, food delicious, water in the pool has the right temperature as well as sauna. Personel nice and polite .
