I stayed here for one night prior to a very early morning flight. Location is just perfect for Medan airport which is about a 10 minute drive away. I was also very impressed with the room which was large clean and comfortable and had everything needed. I also hadn't realised when booking there was a swimming pool which was a nice surprise and very refreshing after my 4 hour drive on some pretty shocking roads from Bukit Lawang. Staff were also all very nice and welcoming. Would I stay again absolutely.

Great for airport and free shuttle service is useful. Welcoming friendly helpful efficient staff in all departments. Spacious clean room, comfortable queen bed with lovely pillows and clean white linen and towels. Useful tea and coffee facilities and refrigerator. Hot water shower with complimentary toiletries. Various English TV channels and good WiFi. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant menu is reasonably priced and well cooked. Hotel was so good that I decided to change my onward travel plans and stay to enjoy the facilities

It's a shame the free airport shuttle timings are not on website...I would have used it rather than Taxi on arrival. Otherwise no complaints

Really close to the airport and the free shuttle makes for an easy trip to the airport. The room was very clean and the water beautifully hot. The room was also very big. The reception staff were excellent. The lobby is also very comfortable.

Flies! The restaurant had so many flies that it was difficult to eat without one landing on your spoon. Although the room is excellent value to restaurant is very expensive. The food is ok but given the price it is not great. During the evening there was a lot of noice from Housekeeping staff. They were outside our room for a long time. Their walkie-talkie was constantly in use and was very loud. The other guest were also very noisy and our door was tried by random people five separate times. I think it was just people getting the wrong room and was not malicious but it was very disconcerting.

Perfect for one night before/after catching your flight from Medan. I had a spacious room that was spotless and super comfortable. I loved that they had a free airport shuttle which even though it runs only every two hours worked out perfectly well for me. Breakfast was really good - lots and of variety and a good mix of Asian & Western food. The staff speaks sufficient English.

I checked in quite late and had the feeling that the staff wasn’t super motivated to answer my questions at this time of the day (which is understandable). I could sort out my questions with them without any problems the next morning. They have their own ATM which unfortunately did not work when I tried to withdraw money in the morning.

I booked this hotel because of it is very near to Kualanamu International Airport & price is reasonable. Room is clean, very large space, Green window view. There are many hotels, food restaurants & stores nearby & we had our dinner consist of different types of local delicious food and breakfast at one of the open 24 hours restaurant nearby hotel at reasonable price.

Price of Hotel Food is higher than nearby restaurants. Too little tea or coffee bags.

The swimming pool. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel has a very corporate design so lacks originality. The restaurant floor is not carpeted. My room was situated under the restaurant on the same level of the swimming pool. Because I stayed there during Ramadan, the restaurant was open before sunrise for suhoor and so there was a lot of noise when people scraped their chairs along the floor. They need to put carpet on the restaurant floor or put rubber caps on the chair legs. It was very noisy.

The hotel is near the airport. The staff are very friendly. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. You do not hear any planes. We arrived late, and we used room service to get food, which was a great decision. Not expensive at all and the food was fresh and great. Breakfast was sumptuous with lots of local hot dishes. The pancake and egg station was amazing. I like it. The airport shuttle is also great. It's free and runs every 2 hours starting from 4 am.

The hotel is close to the airport. It is perfect for just one night stay if you have your flight the next day. The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. The hotel has also a pool and a gym. So you can enjoy your time there!

The restaurant is expensive and there are no good restaurants nearby. The hotel is next to a sort of highway, so it is not easy to cross the street to go to the coffee bar.

Great clean room with very comfy beds and great shower. All staff (and there are a lot) are friendly and welcoming. Very decent breakfast with a lot of western options. Nice swimming pool.

The restaurant: Food is way below average. Only 1 vegetarian option: Mie Goreng with vegetables was limited to 1 vegetable. Club sandwich asked with tuna had also 2 slices of meat in it. Pizza undercooked. Food took ages to be served and was quite expensive. Unfortunately there is no other option in the neighborhood to have dinner. Small portions. If they would update the restaurant food menu, this hotel would get 10/10.

We stayed overnight before our flight back to HK. The stay was good, the room was super spacious and the bathroom was big as well. The room has all the amenities except the hairdryer which I have to call for it. Other than that, all okay, the distance from the hotel was close to the airport, pretty quiet hotel and we had a good sleep! The free shuttle to the airport was excellent too.
