Great hotel, near the city center, which is exceptionally interesting. Beautiful and spacious room for two people with fast internet, elegant bathroom with large and comfortable bathtub. Everything very clean. Comfortable bed, great restaurant and its menu and service at the highest level. Free parking on the hotel premises. Receptionist speaking Czech and English. Big greetings to this lady, a beautiful receptionist with Cubanian appearance. Unfortunately I don't remember her name.

The time passed very quickly in this unique place.

The room and hotel were very minimalistic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive at all times, their restaurant doesn't feel like a hotel restaurant that is just included because it's necessary, it seems more standalone and so actually more attractive to customers, their a la carte food was great, can recommend their gravlax. Breakfast was quite nice, not the largest selection, but for a hotel of this size, way above expectations and of good quality. Location of hotel was great, near the train station (we arrived by train) and also next to a tram stop, 10 mins from city center, 20 mins from points of interest such as Dolni Vitkovice or Mining Museum.

Room equipment could've been slightly better, for example an electric kettle, perhaps a small coffee or tea making facility, minibar/fridge or at least a vending machine in the hotel. Could also use a better selection of toiletries in the bathroom. With these few touches, it would actually feel like a 4*, bacause otherwise we had the feeling that the hotel is in many ways above the 3* standard already.

The room was really clean and cozy. The stuff was really nice and helpful, especially a receptionist named Ludek. The restaurant is also such a nice place with good breakfast and other delicious meals. Hotel is a pet friendly place so we were glad to take our cat with us.

I like everything. Just have a few suggestions that could improve: I think the lunchbox could be a bit more bigger but it was still fine. Small cosmetics like body lotion, shampoo etc. in the room will be also a good idea.

Very friendly staff, good communications before my stay regarding reception hours (I was arriving late and departing early at the end of my stay). Very good breakfast with a packed version offered for my early departure. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent, both the steak and the pork tenderloin with a tasty chicken broth to start washed down with a local rosé. Hotel is about ten minutes walk from the main railway station.

Welcome bottled water changed every day in room but little else done - maybe I kept it very tidy!

Very nice hotel with a lovely staff. Great breakfast with plenty of options - I was only missing some plant based milk - but i was happy to see some gluten-free bread, vegetables, cereals… The tram is nearby to reach any place in the city.

I did not mind but mentioning it for travellers: you can hear people in the corridors and the church is making noise around 7:45 so forget it if you want to have to sleep late :) Small suggestion for the hotel : add a kettle and a mirror in the bedroom :)

The room was spacious and the layout was good. Friendly staff. Food was nice. Private parking, that is locked during the night, at the back entrance of the hotel.

We knew about the lack of an elevator but would be nice if one existed. Quite a few stairs even for the first floor. During our stay it was warm - there was a fan in the room but no AC. Low quality of towels - not absorbent.

The hotel was nice and cosy, I really liked the design. The staff was most kind and helpful I felt really welcome. After all day spent in busy conference I enjoyed delicious dinner and lovely glass of wine in quiet comfortable restaurant. Although I traveled for work I really enjoyed my stay in city.city hotel. If I ever happen to visit Ostrava in future I will definitelly stay here again.

I really liked the place, close to the train station, renovated with cute design and very nice and professional stuff. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. As I had to leave early before breakfast starting time they even prepared small bag with breakfast for my trip, this was so nice gesture. There is also really pretty restaurant. Bed were comfortable and all area is very clean.

No AC in my room and it was a hot day but there was a fan which is great

I was supposed to be arriving after 1600 when reception staff would not be available. I pointed this out and I was given all the necessary information to access the hotel. However, the football match I was intending going to disappeared from the fixture list, so I arrived before 1600. The English speaking lady on reception was very helpful in helpong me decide where to go for an evening meal. The hotel was only about 10 minutes walk from Ostrava Hlavni Nadrazi, and easy to find.

Breakfast was just ok. Glad it was included as I wouldn't have been too happy if I had to pay for it. Ostrava the city wasn't really anything to write home about(not a reflection on the hotel). However Forum, in the city was excellent for a meal and a wander around on a cold misty eastern European night.
