Great location, lots of natural light in the apartment, and the staff were great. The front desk was very helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. They also stored our luggage for us, which was very helpful. The area was walking distance from the train, ferry, and all the stores and restaurants in the area.

Up on the 5th floor so be prepared to use the small elevator or take the stairs.

The location is perfect, the train station, the bus station and the beach are very very close, a few minutes walk. The staff was very kind and helpful, we could leave the package there after checking out. The breakfast was very good, fresh and delicious.

The floor was not cleaned properly, but the sheets, towels were super clean.

We loved the simple comfort of the hotel. Not fancy but we had all we needed. Location in the old centre is perfect if, like us, you’re travelling by train. There is a lift and the breakfast included in the price was generous. Our host was delightful and very helpful when we wanted to stay an extra night.

Early check in and check out at 5 AM you have to go 5 Floors up to this Hotel with old lift or steps, if you ready for that, choose this hotel. Hotel have great location at all places. You know why you choose place like this, for travel, low cost and make a trip around Liguria for whole day. You have everything what you need here, good air condition on level 2/4, good shower and bed. Please, we Travel a lot, lots of opinon here are from people who want high standard with low cost, thats not work. You pay lower because you want to Travel a lot like us Portofino/SML and Rapallo, if thats your plan, you can easy take place in this hotel. We recommended it for travellers, thats safety place with low prices.

Claudio and the team at the hotel were really helpful and cordial. The location is perfect to visit the town. The rooms are humble but really clean. My favourite part was the delicious and abundant breakfast with the spending view of the city centre. Thanks Claudio!

This is just a few rooms on the 5th floor of a building not a purpose built hotel. But it is absolutely fine.

First of all, many thanks for the welcome and friendly staff(Front office and F&B). They helped us in everything. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and walking distance to everywhere. It is also within walking distance of the parking lot and the beach. The hotel was clean but the price was high due to high season.
