Our terrace was excellent - very large, perfect view on all the Skala Potamias scenery. Big table and many chairs to sit and drink Retsina with sparkling water. Location is also excellent. Everything is next to you (supermarket, good restaurants & fast food). Bed mattress were ok - hard, as I like them. All facilities are there. Some beers from the host, Maria, which was very kind.

AC was not working and spilling water all over the kitchen. Found my wallet wet in the morning. Wi-Fi was a joke, but internet was a big problem on the island also with the GSM network. Some sloppy fixes. Furniture fixed with tape. Seems like a property bought which was not yet amortized, but didn't see any new major investment. Mattress was good though. So, all things considered my only problem is that we payed 114 euro / night. It was season peak, but it does not justify this price at all. You need to discount for all the faulty things - AC, Wi-FI. So maybe 90 euro would have been a more correct price:)

Absolutely fantastic location. Tavernas, supermarket bakery and the center is near. The studio was comfortable and clean. Located a few minutes from the beach. Maria is a lovely lady, very welcoming and helpful.

Wi fi slow, but works, no cold ac, other room on terrace is not bad, but has no electricity outlet and the toilet window is connecting to the room. Apartment was clean, staff was nice, cleaning lady came to clean twice a week. Has everything an apartment needs and has free spacious parking.

The bed was very bad. I can still feel the pain in my bones. No Wifi at all.

The staff was nowhere to be found. The day we arrived no one was there, so another guest staying there had to help us, after that neither the manager nor the owner came back. The only person we saw more than once was the cleaning lady and she didn't speak english so she couldn't help us with anything. The bathroom constantly smelled bad and there was nothing we could do about it. On the booking it said that they change sheets and towels every few days and that didn't happen, we were there for 7 night and the sheets weren't changed once. They didn't give us anything for sleeping and we couldn't find anyone for 2 days to ask for blankets. There was NO WIFI at all, they said at first that they will fix it but of course they never did. The view was supposed to be of the mountains but there was no view since they haven't cut the grass in the backyard for at least 4 years. Overall a very bad experience i wouldn't recommend going there.

The owners are nice and friendly people, they helped us when we wanted to check in early. The old lady tried very hard to communicate with us even though she didn't speak English :) The location of the studio is quite good, close to Golden Beach, many restaurants and markets. However, I can't make good comments about the room. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed that there was a problem with hygiene. The toilet and kitchen were not clean. There were obvious and disturbing dirt in the toilet and sink. Our first job was to buy cleaning products from the market. The host did not provide these products, he gave a used sponge and watery detergent. When we requested new ones, we could only get sponges. We had to clean all the kitchen cabinets, kitchen, stove, toilet. The stove and sockets were full of dirt. The bottom of the kitchen sink was leaking, so there was a drain smell in the room. The cabinets also had serious dirt marks, breaks and heavy damage. The floors were also very dirty. Also, the toilet flush was broken, the shower head did not work properly, it squirted water everywhere and the shower head was not fixed to the wall. Also, since there was no cabin or curtain, there was water everywhere. Most of the lighting in the room did not work. There is no stable wi-fi, most of the time the internet was completely absent or very slow. There was serious dampness and mold on the walls. The air conditioner's drain pipe was broken and there was water everywhere on the balcony. There were dirt marks and hair on the towels and sheets. We stayed in this unfortunate place for 7 days, no cleaning products were given to us except soap and water detergent. No one came to change towels, sheets and clean the room. After writing twice, new towels and sheets came only the next day. When you consider all this, it is absolutely impossible to stay here under humane conditions. I would never recommend this place.

*No working wifi *Cold water takes 10 minutes to get a little warm *No working tv in the rooms *2 beds are in the balcony in a makeshift house with no ac. *The ac doesn't work and leaks water on the wall and outlets. *Everytime you go to the toilet you will find it leaking out on the road and have poop smell close to your room *Doesn't even bother to clean when you are there, you need to throw out trash yourself. *Its not 0meters to the beach 150m at least. *The tenant doesn't even speak a little Greek or English at least. Do not recomend at all, pay 15€ more and get a better hotel in the area, there's alot better options close by.
