Okay, you are going to have to work at getting to this motel from the nearby roads. GPS maze. We successfully navigated the maze and our check-in was quick and easy. Our room was located on the west side near the entrance door. Easy to unload the car. Our room was huge. Beautiful decor. Room was huge, quiet, very comfortable. Our favorite part of this motel were the grounds. Rabbits to entertain everyone.

Wifi was painfully spotty.

Room was relatively quiet; the air/heating unit was somewhat loud, but in a pleasant "white noise" fashion that honestly made it easier to sleep! And kept the room quite comfortable. If I'd had more time, I'd have used the exercise room; while there were no free weights, there was a great multi-gum there, along with a treadmill and bike. Beds boasted a luxuriously thick "pillow top" that you sank into. Breakfast for our stay consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, toast and jelly, pancakes, muffins, choice of 2 cereals and milk, apples, coffee (3 varieties!) and tea, as well as orange and apple juice - really well stocked! And the staff here was beyond fabulous. I'd go so far as to call them heroic. They were kind, capable, and considerate. Kenya, Evylys, and Hasan, who ran the breakfast buffet, were amazing. They helped bail things out when the room fridge turned out to be non-functional, and when the dining area was invaded by a rather large wasp - along with everything else they had to do!

Our room refrigerator really didn't deserve to be called a refrigerator at all. While running on the maximum setting, it was incapable of even keeping a drink cool, let alone storing food at a safe temperature. Using these fridges runs the risk of food poisoning, not to mention the plight of any guests who need to safely store medication at proper temps. I was told they were "energy efficient" - but how efficient is it to supply power to a device that doesn't actually work? We used our ice chest. A lot.

My concern is about security I definitely would stay at this hotel in a second floor and no rooms sharing a door. My guess is someone has access to a master key because at least once my door was open but since he inside security device inside they couldn’t come in and the room next to me was unlocking their inside door constantly .. also people coming in and out from next to using the window .. my room was 109 and I stayed from 9/10 to 9/12 also people constantly outside the doors standing with phones .. should check cameras on the night of the 11th and morning of the 12th thank you

My room was very nice and the floors and all of the amenities were nice and cleaned. The bed was cozy and the linen was nice and clean which was a win for me because I’ve been to other places and that was a big negative on clean anything just saying. There was a nice pool outside and a sitting area to relax and enjoy nature while enjoying the peace and quiet and lastly the front desk host she was amazing her name was Kenya and let me say she goes above and beyond for her customers and because of her personality and professionalism I would definitely return she is what’s needed in many hotels around the Lehigh Valley. Thanks for a wonderful stay was our first time and will be doing it again.

The staff, especially the woman (Kenya) who checked us in, was very welcoming and professional. The manager was appreciative of our business and wanted to ensure everything was in order. Good breakfast. Easy to see the hotel from the highway, it was a bit tricky to find the entrance. Nonetheless we would stay here again.

There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee cups. The roll of toilet paper was low and there was no spare. The manager apologized and said he would bring this to the attention of the housekeeping staff.

For the cost the room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. Large room with plenty of space. The breakfast had a lot of good choices. Wi-fi seemed very good. Lots of channel choices on the TV.

There were two things I did not like. My room was on the first floor, and there was a crew. I dont know what language they were speaking, but they were way too loud and rude. It was like 7 a.m. The other problem was this was a difficult place to find let alone come out of the little street it's located up. Tons of heavy traffic going on to route 22 makes it nearly impossible to make the right turn. No one lets you in so you have to pick your timing and cut traffic off. Be careful of the potholes on Estates Street.

Location - Pool - Updates - Clean - Breakfast - Friendly staff

There seemed to be a pool event going on during our stay (I’m not sure if this is the normal, as it was our first stay here). There were a lot of people smoking hookahs, drinking liquor, blasting vulgar music and dancing extremely provocative (twerking central) while screaming strongly sexual things all around the pool. This caused many families, including myself to leave the pool area, because it was completely inappropriate for children.

Great breakfast (eggs, beans, grits, bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, cereal, pancakes). The room was extremely clean and I felt no worries or reservations about dirt or bugs or anything. My husband and I spent our wedding night there and it could not have been a better experience. Plenty of towels and very clean bathroom. I don't remember if there was a microwave but there was a mini fridge and small coffee maker. Best hotel I've been to in years!!

The first night there was no shampoo but it was super easy to ask for some and the staff even gave us extras! Literally no other problems everything was amazing!

Location great for work I really do like this hotel. It's really close to work and it's not my first time here I've Been here 4 times So I definitely will recommend.

The bathroom was never cleaned there was a used Towel hanging on the corner of the shower. Current curtain that was soap scum on the soap dish inside the tub. That was the only thing. That I disliked from this hotel. Overall, everything was good besides the bathroom.

We arrived late at night because of flight delay, but there's no any problem with late check in. The stuff was great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Perfect to for taking a break and moving on.

I booked the hotel with payment at the property. By the time I checked in, I had already received a letter from booking, where it was said that I did not show up at the hotel, my booking was canceled, and the payment would be debited from my account. So it took time to understand what happened and avoid double payments.
