This is the second time I stay in this hotel due to work commitments. Staff super friendly. The hotel is quite close to Berlin airport, so the position must be valued depending on what are the purpose of the travel. If you are traveling for vacation and visit Berlin, then you are quite far away. If you need to stay close to the airport, the the hotel offer a very good accommodation at a very competitive price with respect to other options in the same area. There is an abundant breakfast.

The wifi in my room did not very well in several times. Also I found super expensive some products I bought at the bar (nothing more than a bottle of water...) when coming back from work duties. Whilst the price of the room was super affordable, I believe the price of what I purchased at the bar was way too high and unreasonable.

The location is great - near the London Underground and easily accessible. Nearest bus stop is basically just few steps away, an indian restaurant is the next door and Tesco is right across the street. Staff was friendly and the place was nice overall. The room was below the ground level and had no window: I knew this while booking and it was totally ok. My bed was comfortable and the room was tidy. My room 017 was quiet during my stay and everything I needed was available there. AC worked well and the space was nicely warm upon arrival (in cold October).

The sink drainage had clogging problems and the toilet drainage had water pressure problems.

Some staff members really stood out for their helpfulness and welcoming attitude- Rita from Morocco and Ricardo from Germany were amazing. I didn't catch the name of a third person but they were absolutely lovely.

The check-in experience for my first stay was poor. I did not expect to pay for my stay up front and this was not disclosed when I made my booking. I'd stayed in another Campanile facility where I settled my bill at the end of my stay and was generally received much better.

Excellent stay and the property exceeded expectations in every way imaginable. Warm room with sufficient natural light, great warm toned decor and ambiance and super comfortable bed. I felt right at home staying here. I'd especially like to thank all staff members who took guest's request to heart and tried their best to fulfill them, it's immensely helpful and greatly appreciated. Every staff I interacted were all very kind and helpful, provided guidance and tips, the gentlemen that helped with check-in provided info concerning the strike which was so nice. I enjoyed staying here because of its tranquility, open view, and outstanding customer oriented service. Great walking trails close-by, groceries/bus tops/parks are all within walking distances. I strongly recommend this property.

Overall bathroom hygiene needs to be improved. Bathroom tiles/floor were stained with water marks, shower and sink need to be better cleaned and cared for. Occasional strong flushing odor from drain.

their customer service was brilliant as they helped with any questions without any hesitation. especially my partner having twisted his ankle, a member of staff called an ambulance for us to get us seen to straight away, to which i had to change tooms because of my partners sudden injury, they had no issue helping us with that request, too - absolutely spot on. the toom was spacious, tidy and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I cannot fault anything about our stay here. cheers.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and sheets. Complimentary sparkling water was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was a handy option and the food was good, plus it was nice to be able to have a beer at the bar in the evening. Its only a short ride from the airport, so getting back is very easy if you're just doing a layover. Just a tip for anyone who is getting the shuttle - it leaves from out the front of the intercity hotel right outside the airport on willy brand platz (street) number 5 - dont go across the road where the other shuttles/busses are, I made that mistake. Its a black vehicle with white hotel branding. My driver was lovely but I recommend having cash as the eftpos wasnt working that day and I had to pay via the hotel..

Its a very isolated location if you dont have a car, so just be aware that dinner options are very very limited. Its not their fault (I know sometimes plumbing just does this) but the bathroom did have a bad smell. It was fine if you shut the door though and didnt really impact my stay.

Easy to get from the hotel to Berlin city center with the train. Clean room, supermarket in the same building and restaurant with good Chinese food.

It was always free parking, which is why I chose to stay there before. They (not the hotel, but garage) now charge for parking, which makes other hotels also an attractive alternative now.

Value for money, big parking and close proximity to airport, but you don't need to care about noise of planes taking off. It is a really quiet . One call buy a beverage at any time in reception which helps a lot, but can also visit a grocery shop at ground floor.

After entering the room a bit of bad smell greeted me, but closing toilet door fixed the issue. Really small dining area, which at this size of hotel might be difficult to fit too many guests at same time.

Convenient for short term stays, close to the airport, clean rooms, close to the local grocery store and bus stop/train station. 24/7 admin service, convenient for late/early check ins/outs

Breakfast was way too overpriced. We took the breakfast option only because of the bank holiday and most of the places were closed, but you can find a lot tastier and cheaper options nearby city center.

Very clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff - ther receptionist printed out the transport links to get us to our hotel in Berlin. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day. Public transport links to central Berlin were easy and inexpensive

Whilst geogrphically close to the airport it is 8km by road and the taxi fare was €30. However, had we been hiring a car the hotel would have been easy to find and there was plenty of parking.
