The property is quiet and peaceful and beautifully set amongst the jungle. The restaurant and pool area are stunning, as are the villas. You can hear the river below and completely zone out no matter where you are in the property. The massages were great! The staff so very lovely, friendly and try hard to go the extra mile.

The restaurant and bar were very basic. We ordered some room service on our first day to eat by our private pool and the cocktails were average and the food was cold, a little soggy and quite bland. Other meals we had at the restaurant were average but the setting made up for it somehow. If this property can improve their menu and bar offering even a little then it would be a 10/10 experience!

Privacy and seclusion, but everything was provided for that you needed, eg, restaurant, pool and massage facilities. Accommodation was admist nature and on mountain so amazing views. Got to see Thunderstorm rolling in and monkeys scurring back to take shelter. Staff were amazing, particularly Riska who was responsible for guest services and very helpful re advice and checked in on us regularly to make our stay comfortable

Other than me making a mistake in my booking and missing out in booking a room with no private pool, there was nothing to complain about at all! Would love to come back again!!

Good location if you want to be in the jungle and about 10 minute car ride from Ubud. Staff are friendly. We chose the valley view with private pool which was just what we wanted. Monkeys came on the last day (unfortunately for us as we enjoyed it but the staff scared them off, assume as they may steal things). Hotel room clean, big room. Staff always offer room service when you order anything. Very friendly.

Few bits of maintenance in general would make the rooms/area nicer, they are older and more traditional but the location is why we chose it. Breakfast we found a bit unusual and quite basic.

Although the property was 25 years old, the room was well maintained. My family was mentally prepared when we picked this hotel as we wanted to be near nature, so we were alright with gecko and insects in our room. The staff do regular pest control every 3 days, but understand it's a mission impossible to get rid of the insects as they are part of nature. Please do not complain to the reception if any insects comes into your room, you are in the forest, embrace the nature please. And love the 3 shuttle service every day, the location is super convenient if you want to travel to Ubud city.

The property is in a stunning location slightly out from the centre of Ubud. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always smiling and very helpful. The room was spacious, had beautiful views and was kept incredibly clean. The pool had lovely views of the valley, we saw lots of wildlife from the pool area, monkeys, bats and geckos. We had massages that were supplied by the hotel, again great service. They also offer a free shuttle into Ubud centre and back 3 times per day which was a nice surprise.

Beautiful location and facilities. Nice and quiet. Had the swimming pool to ourselves a few times. Staff is very friendly.

We travelled with a toddler and a 4 years old and the stairs have quite big steps and no handrail so you have to be careful. Where there was railings there were some open spaces that I didnt want the kids to fall through. Nothing happened during our stay, and as always you have to keep an eye on young kids. Also, we had a swimming pool in the room, the tiles get super slippery when wet.

Truly in the jungle but only 5 minutes with the car from Ubud centre, the hotel offers a jungle oase. The pool is beautiful and truly unique. Spacious rooms and villas with own pools, daily cleaning. Friendly staff. Daily shuttle very convenient. It is a beautiful resort if you want peace in the jungle from the intensity of Ubud. Warmly recommend!

The resort is 25 year old, so it needs TLC at some places. Nothing we minded as rooms were clean and fresh. We missed room service. However, key improvement for this hotel is the food. Food was at best mediocre and few choices to choose from. Too bad, if the hotel would improve its kitchen and menu this is a clear 9+ resort in my opinion.

Lovely villa, friendly staff and away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud so you get the peaceful experience. local monkeys visited poolside and made the experience amazing. Staff were very helpful and able to provide good experiences around town. Villa was comfortable and spacious, beds are more on the stiff side.

besides traveling into ubud there is not much to do in the direct area, but thats what we wanted. Although the Mozzies are relentless and it can be slippery on the tiles when its been raining.

Everyone was so kind and the service was excellent! They even decorated our room for our honeymoon. The property is beautiful and it is a short and very cheap cab ride into city center. Food was great and room service was super friendly and prompt.

I think for Bali standards and having such an amazing villis literally in the jungle it’s hard to find anything to complain about. Some refreshing here and there (towels, robes) but ultimately no reason not to stay her and feel very lucky.

This place has breathtaking views, private villas with outdoor pools and showers, fun experiences with monkeys near the pool, relaxing massages, a convenient shuttle bus, and a perfect breakfast with the most amazing pineapple jam. But that’s not the best part about Natura Villa Ubud. The best part is the staff that work there. My luggage got lost on the flight to Bali and the staff were brilliant in helping me ring the airline, print documents and get things sorted. We also got engaged during our stay and the staff organised flower petal arrangements free of charge to make our special moment memorable. Riska and Joe have the kindest souls and we will never forget how amazing they were. We have made friends for life!
