Very clean, quiet, good AC, lighting, shower, refrigerator, comfortable bed!

Wi-Fi doesn't work; there is no safe box, and night shift male staff doesn't greet guests as their female colleagues do.

The hotel is located on the upper floors of a nondescript building. From the outside it looks like a run down place. However, surprise greets anyone who step into the hotel lobby at the 11th floor. The premise is new and modern. There is a sign by the side of the road that says "Hotel 11F" and points to the hotel building. The location of the hotel is very good as it is within 200 meters from Fuzhong MRT. The staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and immaculate. Carpet is thick and gives an impression of luxury. A pantry is available for early arrived guests to rest. The beds are comfortable, lights are adequate, air-conditioning and fridge are working.

It would be good if a glass enclosed shower cubicle is available. Bath tubs tend to be slippery and especially not suitable for the elderly. The only redeeming fact is that the shower curtain is clean, new and of the quick drying type. WIFI signal is strong. However, Internet connection is broken and the hotel did not fix it despite being informed. There are no inhouse laundry machines and the nearest laundromat is about 400 meters away. Other than that, this is an excellent hotel.

Large comfortable room with good facilities eg fridge, big TV with good selection of channels, big comfy bed. There was a good coffee machine in the lounge. The staff were really helpful, albeit with limited English. The location was close to a great night market, convenience stores and walking distance to a lovely old family home and garden.

Google maps lead us to another hotel of the same name near the station, and this one was about 6km away and hard to find. Once we got there it was all of the above. The main problem was the wifi which wouldn’t work in the room. We made do by using the router in reception. Close to subway system.

Family room of 4 people, staying 3. Rooms were quite spacious, location is a bit far off but its so close to MRT (3-5 min walk). The staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit old but quite decent.

It's not a standalone hotel, its on 11-12th floor of a bigger building it has some offices. Not sure the price advertised here is the price you'd pay if you walk-in or book direct cause I'm seeing some signs around in the area of similar hotels that are of 30-40% off of what we had to pay. But overall, it's good.

All of staff were so kind. Especially, i asked them to help about recipe requests, they provided me so nice.

Clean, nice staff. Bathroom was great, nice and comfortable bed. Room size was good with fridge, kettle and a desk Quiet location, not far from train station

The wifi was very bad. The room needs renovation, things at the room are quite broken besides the bed...like visible cables from the walls...just the power outlet at the bathroom worked...no working place to charge at the room

Good value, the property was clean. The sheets were brand new. Location can’t get much better onsidering it is right next to the subway station.

The WiFi speed is very bad, but cell service is good. If you have an unlimited data plan, this hotel is a great value. The location is also difficult to find. The hotel is on the 11th floor and there are very few prominent signs for the hotel on the street.

Location is good. nearby 7eleven and station. There Daiso nearby as well. Room and bathroom is clean with sufficient toiletries. Our room view is good and tv has variety of channel.

Wifi is bad. they asked us to try using other room wifi as well but still doesnt work well. its disappointing as we hoping to cut our mobile data cost as we r traveller but end up need to add on extra cost for that.

Perfect location to explore New Taipei or Taipei! MTR 府中station( exit one ) three minutes away. Shopping malls, night markets, restaurants within 10 minutes walking. Room is generally clean and spacious. House cleaning staff are very kind. AC is working well.

Small hair dryer. Hope can change higher wattage dryers. We have a stroller, but there is no elevator from 11th floor to 12th floor.

The cleaners were amazing and very thorough!

I was generally pretty happy with things! One of the concierges, a male fellow was a bit more dismissive and less friendly than I would have liked otherwise they were all friendly and helpful.
