The rooms were nice, clean and the breakfast was good. The people at the front desk were very helpful.

At the time we were checking in, the manager was nice and we had to get one of 3 room keys, we left but when returned there was a young women there. She seemed a bit rude and did not seem to get along with her manager. When I mentioned we were just about checked in, and we just needed to pick up the other 2 room keys, she has an attitude about checking id's and card all over again. The manager came back and we were he check us in because the girl had an attitude not only towards us but the manger.

My wife and I found our stay at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler incredibly convenient, thanks to its location near shopping, restaurants, and easy highway access. Our late-night check-in was smooth and welcoming, courtesy of Vincent's polite and professional service. His thoughtful gesture of complimentary water highlighted his dedication to excellent customer service. A big thank you to Vincent! The entire front desk team, especially manager Lukas, consistently demonstrated friendly and helpful service. Lukas in particular impressed us with his ability to turn challenging situations into positive guest experiences. Kudos and thanks to Lukas! The kitchen staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel like family, ensuring an ample and clean dining area. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping efficiently handling bedding and towels. In summary, our experience at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler was exceptional. We definitely plan to return on our next visit to the area and highly recommend it for its outstanding service and convenient location.

It would be beneficial to offer more variety in the breakfast meat options, as they are currently primarily pork-based. Adding other types of meat would better accommodate all guests.

Location was very accessible to the freeway, the mall, places to eat, and of course Dutch Bros. Breakfast was so filling and yummy, I wish there was a pancake/french toast/or a waffle station, but overall breakfast was delicious!

The pool landscape is outdated and quite small. There also were dirty towels and trash around the pool next to the chairs, shame on those guests who stayed and did not clean after themselves. The hallways give off Titanic vibes.

This property is very conveniently located in Chandler -- close to the big mall, restaurants and freeways. My room was comfortable and the facilities were clean. I really appreciated the suite layout and size and made good use of the mini-fridge and coffeemaker.

The breakfast bar was average with the usual egg and waffle options, but the fruit was sub-standard. It would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room for leftovers.

The lady at the front told me that I could pay for my second day on the next day. She told me there was no time frame as long as I came in and paid it. I came in about four to pay it, and the manager had already checked me out, so it messed up my stay and they blow up my phone while I was at work all day

Everything,from checkingin to checkingout. Breakfast was killer good. The rooms were exceptional, extra blankets 👌 it was nice. Hangers in closet were top notch attention to detail. What a great group of people. My youngest son stays there with 5 young children 7years old and younger, and get treated very well. Thats why i decided to stay and just 😉.

Having to leave, plan on visiting again when the seasonal traveler's give us locals a breather.

Lobby was large and very nice. My room was great. It was larger than any regular room I've stayed in before. There was a very nice sofa/bed, TV and desk. The bedroom was large. The king size bed was very nice and comfortable. There was a TV in there too. Bathroom was very nice with a large shower. The breakfast was wonderful. There were many choices of foods and the staff was exceptional. Everything was clean and very well stocked.

That I couldn't stay longer. I will be back.

Free breakfast was ok not many options Location was good because of mall and restaurants across street. Overall it was an ok stay for what we needed

No microwave in room only small fridge Pool was dirty my husband had to clean it so if you plan to go in pool probably not a good option not one time did you see any maintenance clean it

The staff was great and friendly. They breakfast was great. It was fresh and hot no matter what time we went down stairs during designated time.

The house keeping didn't clean the room the entire time we stayed and we stayed 3 nights. They did give us more towels and take dirty towels and threw one of the trash cans after the 1st night. After that they didn't enter and we never indicated we did not want to have the room serviced. Not sure if they were just short staffed.

My stay at the hotel was amazing, the location is at the perfect place, easy to find. The breakfast was very delicious, the rooms are comfortable, the shower is perfect, everything is super clean. The place is safe and beautiful.

The bathroom door in my room did not lock and for having little kids the breakfast could use pancakes.
