When we checked in the Major Credit Card I use would not work because the wrong information was entered and could not be changed on the reservation. We were finally checked in,

The following night we returned after being at an event to find our luggage and belongings moved and stashed in the hotel manager's office and everything from clothes to prescriptions unavailable because the change in reservation was not for the original two days but one day and the manager was angry that we would ask her to return to the hotel, yes it was night, and give us our belongings back. She did, however, return our belongings stuffed in a garbage bag and put us in another handicapped room. I am not impressed.

Always love La Quintas, they're always our top pick when traveling. The room was very spacious, had a nice glass door shower, and all the soaps in the bathroom were Dove brand. Huge window! The TV swiveled from the sitting area to the bed area. Breakfast was fantastic, so many options, and everything I had was delicious. It is a pet friendly hotel, so our big ol dogs were welcomed. We had a car dolly with our car attached to the back of our truck and there wasn't really any parking spots that would fit us but we were luckily able to take up a chunk of parking spaces with no issues. Overall would recommend this place, staff was friendly and helpful as well. Next time we're driving through there, we'll stop here for sure.

Sadly no spa tub rooms, you can either get a bathtub or shower and they're only in the bathrooms.

They allowed my pet bird to stay for only a deposit of $25. The front desk receptionist, and I’m sad I didn’t catch her name, was immensely pleasant and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. We had an amazing time resting after a 10 hour drive. So far I’ve stayed at two different La Quinta Hotels and I am very pleased. Also the breakfast was amazing and their coffee was exactly what I needed in the morning. Amazing hospitality. Thank you!

Parking. I was driving a Jeep but noticed a parking need for oversized work trucks and those towing trailers as there were 6-8 of them that filled to west parking lot when I arrived. Not complaining just making observation: There are several empty lots next door/across the street and 3-5 hotels within a block, maybe the hotels could work together to make parking lot for oversized work vehicles, those towing trailers and charter buses. I would think the hotels on this block could benefit from having parking lot dedicated for this type of vehicle close to the hotel. It could be shared by the hotels on this block.

Staff was so friendly, everyone from the front desk to the wonderful lady that was handling breakfast by herself.

There was not any hand soap or anything else on the bathroom counter. The shower was stocked with soap, shampoo & conditioner however one of out two rooms (mine) the shower was so unbelievably moldy all over the floor and walls

Great property. This was my 2nd stay here. Located at a crossroads, convenient for N, S, E, W travelers. Lots of restaurants nearby, including Outback and Texas Roadhouse. Staff were friendly and responsive. They replaced my TV remote within 5 minutes of my request. Breakfast was hot and good. I liked the shredded cheese for my eggs.

I arrived before 6 pm so I was able to get the last parking space near the lobby. But in the morning, all the spaces were taken and there were cars parked where they normally shouldn't be parked, due to lack of spaces. So arrive early if you want close parking.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

My only complaint was that the housekeeping staff apparently did not understand the purpose of the do not disturb sign. When we came back to our room after breakfast, they had opened the door to our room, and the sign had fallen off the knob onto the floor. When I brought it up to the front desk clerk, she said that this should not have happened. We stayed at this same hotel a week prior, and the same thing had happened, so this is not a one-time thing.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.

I didn’t like that they never mentioned a $25 charge for our pet at the time of check in. I only found out after checking my credit card charges. I stay in La Quinta for its pet friendly policies and that most(if not all until now) do not have additional charges. I would have stayed there had I been told that this property had a charge but but I don’t appreciate seeing a charge the next day.

Best LaQuinta we have stayed in.

As we were checking in a man was laying face down on the couch sleeping in the lobby with a leg hanging off and his underwear showing. You have too nice a place for that. I spoke with staff at desk and the said he was waiting for his girlfriend to come back who had the key, But that was not appropriate at all. He should have been told to set up and wait for her or leave. I watch several customers check in and you could tell everyone one of them were uncomfortable.

My reservation was made last minute in the afternoon while we were on the road for the same night, but when we arrived at the hotel, our reservation was perfect, with no problems checking in. Your staff was so friendly and helpful! We were unfortunately traveling because of a family funeral, and this made the third night in different hotels. The first had no room for us when we arrived even though I had my confirmation in hand, the second failed to do any housekeeping for us at all, and your hotel in Hattiesburg was great. And it was much appreciated!

Would have liked more outlets at the bedside table because we have so many electronic devices
