To go to HUKM need to take car, walking distance can but far towards end of other buildings 5. Limited tv channels but the wifi is strong enough 6. The bathrooms is cleaned but not too deep clean 7. Check out can be inconvenient coz they need to check the room conditions before released (have to wait about 15mins) 8. Parking fee is RM20 unlimited entry 9. Shower pressure too low

Spacious room, friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel, kid friendly facilities - swimming pool, hospital playground near the hotel, play room. Apart from a kettle, cups and glasses (as what we are commonly provided with in a budget friendly hotel room), the room was also equipped with a spacious counter top, kitchen sink, fridge and microwave.

The season parking card that we got was not functioning. We had to rely on the parking staff when we wanted to enter or leave the parking lot. The issue continued even after we were given a different season parking card. The hotel management needs to start focusing on the maintenance of the hotel. We can see some minor deteriorations have taken place such as a room wall with leaking stains and mold in between bathroom tiles.

Azhar the AM & counter lady & guys was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is new so less expectation needed. The ambience is very quiet. Very clean and spacious. Really2 spacious which if you come with big group, u can bring your own comforter to sleep. Everything nice and well maintained.

1. The room too big with no tables and its a bare unit. 2. New restaurant will cater on buffet breakfast, still under upgrading. Should have a buffet breakfast at SIti's Cafe 3. Hotel should provide buggy to allow customer travel to Hospital. Without buggy, we need to call grab for the short distance which does not suite patient to walk from Zecon to Hospital. Propose even if hotel charge small amount to Hospital, i think customer would appreciate that rather than walk or call grab to the Hospital 4. Buggy needs to go to HPKK which the team was not helpful at all. Unlike staff in Zecon who are really polite, but staff in HPKK quite rude. Difficult to get buggy from their side.

Staff very friendly and helpful, from frontdesk registration all fast and smooth. The room unexpectedly so spacious and safe for children. Also love the cleanliness, good job. Recommended for those staying with families. Overall will stay again if visit KL in the future!

First of all no signboard, or even Waze/Google map bring us to the wrong location, unable to find the entrance. Second, should have provide FREE parking for those who are staying at the hotel ( even already got discount but if staying for few days, still need to pay rm10/day).

The living room, bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The kitchenette, microwave, minibar and tea/coffee facilities were very convenient. Large closet. 2 flat-screen TVs

The hot water in the shower did not seem to work. It would be good if there's a bigger table than a coffee table e.g. dining table or office desk, for meals and as a workstation

The hotel is very nice, spacious, very clean but few other facilities need to be added as the other hotel always provide(laundry bag,slippers , toiletries etc).The staff were very helpful n friendly.

Very difficult to waze the hotel location...no signage available to guide visitors especially from the mainroad.Waze cannot detect the hotel,instead I nd to type Hpkk as the destination...

I appreciate that it is located next to UMBI. The room is really spacious. Got a microwave also.

The sink is not properly clean. There's a stain on the sink that can't get away? No toothpaste and tooth brush. But there is soap and shampoo.

3 people stayed in junior suite for 3 nights. Very spacious suite, spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping was a plus point!

Water drainage in the bathroom was slow especially during/after shower was used.

Ridzuan at the counter really helpful and kind. All the counter staff is welcoming guests in a good manner. The view of swimming pool is quite nice too

No breakfast provided. The Makan Makan Cafe only serve 2 menu's and no bread or other things. The guy incharge also not really helpfull. Not really a place for breakfast.

Went for exam in HUKM, suite was very comfortable for a stay of 3 ppl.

Aircond in some areas ( living room, dining hall, one of the bedroom) not able to adjust temperature, too cold and we kept on and off. Temperature for water heater in bathroom not consistent.
