The room was perfect, very large, and comfortable. The TV's were wifi enabled, meaning we could watch Netflix which for us novice German speakers it allowed us to watch English speaking shows. The breakfast was so nice all fresh from the breads to the warm croissants to the scrambled eggs and bacon all brill. The staff were so helpful and spoke English, by the second day they new our drinks order for breakfast. Overall a brilliant place and only 8 mins drive to Europapark.

The air-conditioning was only in the large bedroom so it was cold in there and just warm in the rest of the room. But it doesn't take away from the overall brilliant room.

Very friendly. Garage for our bicycles. Good restaurant. Exceptional breakfast. It is a buffet breakfast but everything is very neatly served in small glasses, one per portion. This gives the buffet a very neat, tidy and clean appearance. No spoon everyone touches to mangle in big, greasy pots of jam. Family atmosphere. Large bath room, good bed.

Hotel entrance only reachable via a long metal outdoor staircase. It was raining heavily and we got soaked commuting between the restaurant and our room.

The rooms were SO clean and the bed was so comfortable. I never sleep that well at hotels, but I did here! ALL the service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They heard us speaking English and French and would speak those languages - which made us further feel welcome. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. The food is quite fresh!

Great place for all sizes of parties of people. Convenient location, great food, and wonderful room. The staff are just as great as the property. There is not assigned parking but the parking within the neighborhood was easy to find a spot.

There is not one thing I could say I did not like.

Very nice hotel in a quite area. The staff is very friendly and always keen and attentive to your needs It is a new hotel, beds are really comfortable and everything is absolutely clean. It has an excellent and cozy restaurant.

There is no communication between the rooms and the reception/restaurant. In order to go to the rooms you have to take the stairs which are outside the main building, this might not be convenient for people with a heavy suitcase or in case of bad weather.

Modern, clean, comfortable

Despite the fact that the hotel is located in a small village it can be found just next to a road where trucks and cars are passing by. It’s kind of noisy. I had room 4 just next to the main entrance and the stairs where every guest must walk by, it’s loud, the entrance door is shutting regularly.

Everything. Perfect room, bed, diner and breakfast (normally from 7.30, but at my request already served at 7.00, no problem they said - SUPER) Very friendly staff. By far the best hotel I visited during my trip.

Great hotel close to Europapark. Restaurant downstairs. Located in quiet sleepy town, 4km from Rust.

It was very warm when we stayed and only the master bedroom has airconditioning. The other bedroom was too hot really.

the rooms were spacious and the location was next to europa park. they had very good air conditioning and the bathrooms were nice. the staff were very friendly and whatever we asked we got. the breakfast was delicious.

the were no elevators to take our luggage to the rooms and the place from outside looks old and weary.

We were two adults plus two kids age 13. The room was very clean with air condition in the parents' room. We had everything that we needed. Breakfast was basic but more than enough for us with fresh bread, vegetables, eggs, cheese, juices and coffee. The place is several minutes drive from Europa park. Given the chance, we would definitely return.
