all went well in every way, on our 9th morning the adjacent unit caused severe grinding noises repairing the unit, it was so loud we had to leave for the day. I took videos of the noise from inside our unit, went to the unit being repaired took more videos. Went to the office to complain, were instructed to contact main office in Oahu. we sent the videos, they upgraded us to another ocean view unit for the remaining 5 days, lots of stairs to climb but was worth it. First time staying there, but was familiar with the resort due to friends who had stayed there, and had upon former visits, had visited and knew the amenities of the property.

The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely view of a fairway on a golf course and lots of beautiful landscaping on the grounds. The unit was close to pools. Basic kitchen items were provided. Air conditioning was not included in the base price but could be provided for an additional charge per day. We did not use the AC and found the temperature to be comfortable with windows open and fans in use.

Parking spaces were a bit tight but we had a large vehicle.

We liked the staff, the location, and the abundant, well maintained and diverse facilities. Our room was very good and right on the golf course with a large shady lanai to relax on.

Not much to dislike. There are some very minor repairs/maintenance required in the condo: refrigerator drawers broken, there is a cracked tile near the fridge that may cause a cut on a foot, a blind in the spare room that would not adjust, and the master bed is very squeaky.

The three different pools were fabulous with the BBQ facilities. The pool table as well. It would be nice if units had boogie boards and beach chairs, umbrellas so all visitors didn't have to purchase these. We left some boogie boards behind. Also, when I booked it said there was one queen, one king and 2 twins but the 2 twins were couches in the living room which was not as ideal.

See above please about bed setup. The recycling could have been more clearly marked for recycling cans at poolsides and beside condo units. As well, there were no cutting boards in the unit.

Next to the beach, spacious facility, clean room and affordable price. The only problem is the management: we are charged extra fees for the air conditioning, this is the first time in my travel experience!!

The ocean pool was lovely. The room (suite) was huge and comfortable. Loved having a usable kitchen. There was covered assigned parking for our rental car. The property has 3 pools. We had an ocean view room, with a lanai, including outdoor furniture and a sushi bar, which was all very nice. Our suite had 2 bathrooms, which was great.

The $275 "cleaning fee" regardless of how long the stay is unfair and too high. The $30 "service fee" is a junk fee, for which we received literally no service. We did not initially sign up for air conditioning ($25 extra per day), but we later called to arrange for it. No one answered, so we left a message and were promised a return phone call. No phone call. We called the next morning with the same result and no return phone call. For this "service" we were charged $30? We never got the air conditioning and received no other service from the hotel. In other words, they'll nickel and dime you to death, The resort is very nice but the management's policies are predatory.

bed was hard and really uncomfortable. painful on hips and shoulders, couldn’t get well needed rest, not being able to sleep is a deal breaker. no a/c. old outdated interior ( carpet, furniture stove burners broken, unit needs complete upgrades. fridge leaks water when defrosting. need extra soap packets for washing machine and dishwasher. only one provided. lack of pans for cooking. Need to seal up under sink cabinet in kitchen to keep big two inch Amazon cockroaches out of the facility. My girlfriend was terrified quite frankly.

Nice resort facilities with good pools. Number 2101 was a good 1 BR unit with well stocked kitchen. The open ocean view was great for dining on the lanai to watch boats, wonderful sunsets, and one day there were dolphins in the distance. Very convenient to the Ocean Pool and Quiet Pool. Large rooms and Murphy bed in living room is a nice touch. Many of the condos are occupied part-time by owners so the large complex was not too busy.

The dishwasher broke after first use. Reported it to the office 3 days in a row and each time they said maintenance would fix it. No note left in unit or followup and it appeared to be fixed-- so loaded dishes, then machine would fill with water and stall; had to upload and wash by hand. It was only when I finally asked to receive a status call that learned a specialist tech was coming after our stay. Poor communication by resort staff and no partial refund was offered. Unit needs a bedside lamp on bathroom door side of bed, improved lighting for lanai, and baking pans.

Awesome location; beachfront and beach access with short trail along beach, we were upgraded to an oceans front ocean view room which was AMAZING!!!!

Bathrooms need to be updated; hard bed ( each unit is individually owned, so it just depends on how well they have kept their mattresses and renovations. Our unit had Kohler bathroom sinks in boxes in the bedroom closet waiting to be installed. It needed a new tile- 70’s tile decor.

This property had so many beautiful features- very comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing pools and views, lush greenery and access to shopping nearby and the main town a short drive away.

Sometimes it was difficult for Uber or Lyft drivers to find the property. The room configuration that was shown when we booked online was also different to the one we were assigned for our stay- instead of two beds in one room as shown in the original photos, we had to use a mattress on the floor (provided by the hotel) as there was only one bed in one of the rooms.
