The downtown location was perfect for us, walking distance to the river, the train and restaurants and shops. The room was a good size and bed comfortable and room clean.

The room was so cold when we arrived with a loud fan in the ceiling. Eventually warmed it slightly but too difficult to change, had to ask someone to help. Half an hour before breakfast finished there was little food left in the breakfast room. Many people turning up and unable to eat. Make your own waffle took too long to wait for. No hot water for tea available as the machine was broken and no alternative offered.

Love how they provide breakfast. Also, the swimming pool and hot tub was a plus. The suite room was more then expected. Things around the hotel was accessible and all walking distance knowing that its close to downtown. Totally recommended to people who is there for a graduation ceremony stay or just wanting to explore the city.

Location was fantastic. We walked to most attractions we wanted to see. Breakfast buffet was a bonus, although more fruit would have been nice Comfortable beds.

I was overcharged. Reservation says $211.20 plus $31.89 tax = $243.09. My credit card was charged $264.00. I have requested a refund of $20.91.

Perfect Location in Downtown Milwaukee. To the Wisconsin Center it's just a five minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants near the hotel, also a Walgreens store, the Public Museum and the really nice River Walk. The breakfast offers hot meals (eggs, bacon) and bagels, toast and delicious waffles. The room was large, clean and well equipped.

The safe didn't work (but I did not need it). The front desk staff promised to fix it for the next customer.

We booked a one bedroom suite which was overall good size for three adults as it had two double beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was large and facilities good and clean. Location was central and only a 10 minute walk to the Fiserv Forum where we were visiting. Breakfast was included in the price and was of a good standard

This is sold as a one bedroom suite however the sofa bed was actually in the corridor leading to the bedroom and bathroom so there was no privacy. The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable so needed replacing.

Just being picky… small elevators and only one working, new owner does not validate with connecting parking garage.

Great location and friendly staff

Valet closes at midnight which caused big problem when I wanted to leave at 11.50. I didn't know valet closed plus they closed a few minutes early and it took hours to get someone to come open up the safe to get my key. I appreciate the security that my key was in a safe but I was unaware valet closed at midnight. Had to wait several hours and then drove home much later than I had anticipated. Just a heads up if you are doing valet. Otherwise, everything was perfect

The proximity to the Fiserv was the thing we liked most

The hotel was very short staffed. We checked in at 4 and we’re told the rooms weren’t ready. We came back over an hour later and the line to check in was backed up to the door. We had to wait another half an hour to get to the concierge.

The hotel was central located so we could walk to the events we were attending. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

The room was decent and clean except for the big stain on the carpet.

At 10am I inquired about early check-in (1:30pm) was told to call back at 1pm which I did and was told once again no rooms available (no problem) but when we showed up at 7pm our room (#703) still was not ready and was told we would need to wait. We could not go to where we wanted to eat because we could not unload our bags. So we got stuck going next door and had sub-par food and service. Check in was at 3 so why wasn't our room ready at 7? I am hoping for a small refund.
