It was perfect, comfortable and clean, had everything we needed in the villa and more. Amazing sea view from the villa, the pool, and access to the sea. Feels like out in nature with privacy, yet walking distance from a beautiful beach, nice mountain easy hiking with amazing view. We loves Vasiliki Port and sivota with Yana's yamy restaurant. We were very sad to leave, we will defenetly come back. Thank you Amir and Mila for a great service and contacts with the locals for activities

Great location, new and well done interior, lovely pool and friendly hosts! Thought we also had the use of the larger pool but that is apparently only for the main villa. Good access to Vasiliki and Sivota

Wasp nest in the house meant that we were bombarded by wasps when eating. Sadly, a government restriction on barbeques too so we couldn't use the grill outside but this was no fault of the hosts.

Beautiful property, beautiful people

We stayed in The Stone House which was the 2 bedroom villa near to the Villa del Mar. It was far nicer than we imagined. The villa was light and airy and extremely comfortable with everything we needed and walkable to a very pretty little cove. We loved the pool which was a perfect size. It was very peaceful and with beautiful views. Mila looked after us so well too and was always smiling and very helpful. We were well situated to visit some beautiful beaches on the west coast and Vasiliki with its calm sea nearby. Amousa which you can see over the bay is a pretty beach with a good taverna. There was an excellent supermarket and bakery in the nearby village. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The lane to the villa is mostly dirt track which we were warned about but it does make coming and going quite stressful as it is fairly rocky. However, even if you don't hire a jeep (like us) and you go slowly and calmly it is fine but be prepared and it is so lovely when you get to the villa it is worth it! You do need to drive to the supermarket and out to supper so bear that in mind.

Great place to stay. Courteous and warm hosts. The place was very cleanwith comfortable beds and great rooms. The heated pool is great. The last 500 meters in front of the villa are a dirt road . We enjoyed our vacation and will be back in the summer

Although it's not easy to understand from description we were staying in separate villa. It gives you enough privacy. It is very nice stone house, modernly equipped with beautiful pool of 4x6m (please take this as assumption only). On ground floor there is a bathroom (with shower), kitchen (I would say fully equipped with big fridge, oven, microwave and number of appliances for coffe or toast), small living area and bedroom with 2 separate beds. On 1st floor it is underroof room with king size bed and bathroom (with shower). Outside is nice sitting area (under the roof, so it is in the shade) with barbecue place and pool. It absolutely met expectation of my family.

Road to the place after asphalt is finished is bit scary in the beginning, but soon you get used to it. Instructions how to reach place could be better. Wi-fi is OK for emails or internet browsing while for Zoom or Teams calls can give you some challenges. And...that's it what I can recall from bad things. Not much :-)

Well, you should definitely either use an ATV or SUV for the last 1 km. if you are coming with a sport car and/or coupe/fastback -> go to Vasiliki and rent an ATV.

Remote location, no people

Villa del Mar is situated on a marvelous spot with stunning views. The perfect spot to get these relaxing days to re-charge. You’ll be highly awarded driving on the small and last 800 meter a bit bumpy road.
