Lovely little hotel right on the beach. The location couldn’t have been more perfect! It was great to have parking on site and a secured gated area. The hotel staff was very helpful and it was perfect to have everything we needed for the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. There were also bikes to use for free. Very thoughtful water and snacks in the lobby and great spread of coffee and breakfast items in the morning. The room was a little small but that’s OK as we were not planning on spending much time in the room with such a gorgeous beach right out the front door.

We had a very small room with just one tiny window in it. The sheets and linens and towels and everything were lovely and of good quality - just wish the room was a little bigger and then everything would be perfect. Other than that, it was a great stay.

NICE STAFF, especially Chris. Room was fine though quite small; bathroom very very small but functional. Just fine for a quick overnight. Window looks over roofs so don’t go for the view except the rooms in the back are much brighter and have view. Continental breakfast was yogurt, bagels/toast etc. All fine. Lots of parking in a public lot, could be crowded esp summer weekend. Pay required about 8am. Easy in November - GREAT area for walking on the beach and pier. Bikes and bach towels. Toys etc available in lobby

No elevator - fine for us but perhaps not for others.

Location of the facility is perfect. Also the proximity to several restaurants and attractions within walking distance is excellent.

The issue of parking needs to be addressed more when a guest checks in. I arrived in the evening and the boardwalk was packed and parking full. The night service member, was excellent and his assistance was exceptional. I misunderstood about the whole parking situation and ended up getting a ticket for $70.00 . The other issue was that there were very loud trucks and motorcycles circling on West Ocean Blvd until well past midnight.

Location was superb! Loved the full kitchen and separate living room of the sailor suite. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed the light breakfast items available.

NO ice bucket and/or cubes in the freezer in the Sailor Suite - this was unacceptable....we arrived after 10:00 pm, and very little places to get ice for our drinks. What's up with that? Please provide ice and/or cube trays in the future. Also, parking nightly should have been included in the price - not separate. Didn't have a choice. Thank you! Fun location right across from the beach. We came to the hotel during the 4th of July weekend and getting to the hotel by car was a difficult, long process; once we got to the hotel and parked the car, all was good. Lots of fun places to eat/drink near the hotel. The room was small/tight, but comfortable and manageable for our short stay. The room was quite quiet at night (which we were pleasantly surprised by).

The room was expensive for what it was, but given the location, not a big surprise. Driving to the hotel (on a very busy weekend) was a major pain, but we were very glad we were able to secure one of the (limited) on site parking spots.

The location and cleanliness were good, and the staff was friendly except.

I was FaceTiming my son and grandson and it was obviously too loud. it was around 3 in the afternoon and was sitting in the common area upstairs. No one was around. But was yelled at by a male staff worker from downstairs to be quiet. I would expect if I was being too loud I would have someone come upstairs and tell me I need to be more quiet, not be yelled at from downstairs.

The convenience to the beach and restaurants was amazing.

The bathroom in our room had a lot of black mold on the caulking around the tub and the jets in the tub. Tilex works great if spray it and leave it for a few minutes then take a scrub brush and clean around the jets and the caulk it should take it away. I used to live on the ocean so I know humidity and salt air can be a burden. Our sink was very slow to drain as well.

The staff was very nice and helpful From Tony the Manager, Chris the Asst Manager to Kayla and Hunter. All were great and full of fantastic advise for things to do and places to go and dine!

The only thing would be to make the doors a bit more sealed for noise. At times you could hear people coming out of their rooms and walking down the hall or the stairs. But overall no complaints really! We had a great time and will be coming back next Dec. for sure. Thank You and we'll see you all next year!

Great location. The hotel is right on the beach walk with great restraunts and atmosphere. We walked everywhere and was so thankful for the parking included.

The rooms were amazing but the hallway could use some updating. It is a lot of stairs and no elevator to get your stuff to the room. The stairs in the back are a little outdated.

Very nice and clean. The room was nice and cozy and everything worked. Not complaining by any means, some of the fixtures like the light switch covers were cracked and the toilet supply line and shut off should be replaced. “I’m in construction” lol again not complaining everything worked as it should and was just comfortable.

Parking but that comes with the location.
