The size and space of the apartments was large and accommodating. I felt safe. Plenty of storage. Nice kitchen area.

Although it was cool inside there was no fans or air option’s especially in the bathroom. We are offered extra towels but at a cost so I would bring my own for a longer stay.

Location is GREAT. Everything else suffers. On the plus side: Property manager was very responsive, bringing us a brand new pillow when they failed to provide one for the (uncomfortable) fold-out bed, and coming back several times to deliver other things that we were missing. Owner was responsive when we complained about there being a back door that was locked, meaning no egress except the front door in case of fire. They changed the doorknob that day. But really it felt like the upkeep of this place has been ignored for years (given reviews, I think it has).

The place (apartment D for us) was HUGE but really poorly appointed so it was uncomfortable. Uncomfortable seats, things falling apart, door handle on shower door missing and windows cracked (as seen in in previous reviews from over a year ago), headboard from master bed is peeling material onto the sheets - gross. Corners dirty, floors thin and creaky, doors don't close properly, faucets broken (including shower) and shower takes literally 10-15 minutes to get warm enough to shower in. Lighting is cold-colour LEDs or fluorescents so the whole place lacks warmth. Windows don't open for ventilation and AC blasts cold air over us (and is noisy). Walls and floors are thin so we heard neighbours all night long. Electrical outlets cracked and broken, electrical panel painted shut (dangerous). I had to jerry-rig a shower-door handle out of a hanger just to open the shower.

Location is perfect! My family and I arrived at 9 am in Florida. We were told the guests before us aren't checking out until 11, which is fine so we dropped off our luggage in a little shed outside the place. They also needed to clean the place before we check in. Of course we were ok with that and thought it's nice to know they're cleaning it in between guests. We checked in a little after 3. Nice quiet area 10 minutes away from the beach. There's a bagel place nearby with amazing coffee 15 minutes away by walking. Shopping stores on Lincoln Road are 2 blocks away. Flamingo Park is 15 minutes by walking, it has an adult pool, kiddie pool and there's a children's playground as well. The free Trolley is on Washington Ave and 15 Street which is 3 blocks away from this place. It goes down South and North of Miami beach. Not sure how far it goes but it's a great option to use trying to get around Miami Beach if you don't want to walk or take a cab. The apartment itself is very spacious. My 2 year old had lots of space to run around. The AC turns on/off very quick when you change the temperature. I was surprised our room had an extra little room by the kitchen. It was perfect for my mother in law to sleep in. The pool in the back is nice size. Good amount of lounge areas.

Even though they said they cleaned it after the guest before us, it could've been so much better. For the amount of time we waited I expected it to be a lot cleaner. The entrance of the building needs to be cleaner. Our room floors were still dirty. I didn't feel comfortable walking around the apartment without socks or slippers. Or they need to redo the floors because it's just really dirty. The kitchen was ok. There were dishes and pots to use. We didn't know there was dishwashing soap and sponge until the end of our stay bc it was under the sink. The sponge obviously needed to be changed. A couple of bottled water could've been nice to walk in to. The queen bed seemed really small and I think the pillows need to be washed better or changed. Bathroom floor was cracked and needed to be repaired. The tile was wobbly and someone could've gotten hurt. On the last day of our stay we found a water bug!
