We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Ski room needs a ski boot rack with heater, to dry the equipment after a day of use.

-Almost everything was perfect. The receptionist was lovely, the room was spacious and clean, the mattress was comfortable, the view was spectacular, the location was fantastic and near restaurants and shops. - Parking was available on site. - I loved the physio thermal cabin in the room, it did a great job.

- It would be nice if the rooms have AC units from the beginning OR high performance fans ( I did not ask for one maybe they have fans but it would be ideal to provide each room with its own fan), as it got really hot during the day and quite warm at night.

Nice and modern hotel with a beautiful view of the Alps near the Achen Lake. Comfy and spacious rooms, the infrared cabin inside the room is a true specialty. A convenient location - 20min drive from Alpbach ski resort and 35min from Zillertal ski resort, a big spa center within 3min on the lake.

The hotel does not offer any extra bed options, although our room was big enough to easily accommodate a bed/mattress for our third kid. No ski boots heater or hanger in the ski room - this is very unusual.

The rooms were perfect for families

The mattress was too soft, not so kids friendly as there is no playground or something else to entertain the kids and not only related to the hotel but the restaurant of the hotel and all other restaurants in the area didn’t have a menu in English and the communication in the area is not so easy for tourists.

The property was immaculate. So clean and tidy . Very high standard of decor . Beds very comfortable. Showers outstanding . Excellent location and the Italian restaurant with the hotel was good value and high quality . There was a large choice of breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room overlooking the mountains. The staff were amazing especially Lisa - really made our 10 day stay we had exceptional .

It was clean, comfortable, in a good location, close to the town and the ski lift. The apartment was well stocked with the necessary items. The staff in Arthur's Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant, Venezia was excellent.

One bedroom had a velux window with no blinds so was very bright in the morning.

I liked everything, especially the staff, liked the location and the view on the mountain and the Achenseebahn (Old Train), the place is clean, specious, everyone is helpful, and toke an extra mile to help us in our stay. I liked how many tourist attractions are nearby, like Achensee, Cable Cars, Swarovski Kristallwelten, The Upside Down House, and many more. Definitely, a place to choose when coming around.

Nothing, all was great and extraordinary

The apartment was just a little ways up the road from the actual hotel but it was an even better location because it was so close to the lake and the view of the lake was amazing. It is very spacious as well.

The only negative thing I can say about the apartment is that there wasn't enough cooking utensils. There was a wisk and a spoon but no tongs or spatula. Other then that it was great!

In breakfast the lady try to work quickly to finish everyone but that made me uncomfortable because you have to say very very quickly what your order because she will walk while i am speaking its not professional only breakfast i didn’t like
