The hotel was very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Very tasty food at affordable prices.

Please stay away from the waiter with multiple piercings in the ear. Cheater. If you pay him in cash, f. e. coffee, he will inform the staff that you have not paid and you ask for the amount to be added to the bill. I've never seen someone lie like that without batting an eyelid in my life. Fortunately, the hotel staff quickly resolved the problem.

The staff was super kind, had all answers to our questions, were ready to let us check-out late, and meet all our needs. The bed is extra comfortable. The terrace lake view is million dollar view. There were a lot of tourists in the hotel, but it was quiet. The breakfast is exellent.

The hotel is old and may need a renovation, and by my taste could be more clean.

Nice place to stay with great view from the last floor. We were a family of 4 so they gave us 2 communicating rooms. The lake just over the road, 5 minutea to walk. Nice breakfast, but the dinner quite average.

It is few km away from the city of Orchid, so it is quite remote, but it's good if you like silance.

Amazingly helpful reception staff - assisted immediately with a problem of a broken bed leg, and also helped arrange a car repair when we had a puncture. Even got the repair guy to come to the hotel - cannot recommend the 2 chaps on afternoon reception duty highly enough.

The car park was often full with cars of non-hotel guests, using it to access the beach opposite. It's a local thing, but the numbers of smokers was not good - perhaps consider a non-smoking area on the terrace where non-smokers can also enjoy the fresh air without having lungfuls of nicotine.

The room was quite good, we had room with mountain view and it was very quiet because of the woods, I like that. Everything seem so good, nothing less than expected. The breakfast was great, I really like it. The stuff was perfect, hot water anytime, clean.

I didn't like the smell when you enter the hotel, because they held antique furniture, there is that smell like old and mold. I would recommend to the personnel to regularly open doors and ventilate that reception area.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, everything was neat and clean. The only thing was , there were old unused buildings across the road blocking the view. But we had a ice time there.

The staff is very helpful and professional. Its very clean. The ambient is mistical and full of antiques. There are more than 100 years old pianos and still in function and you can play.

Staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and the bar was generally great. Great view over the lake and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the lake.

Too far from the town of Ohrid - 40 minutes walk along the lake. Bar could be open later - 9pm meant it was difficult to get service and it was far from town.

The hotel has a great lobby and terrace area. We had a fantastic view of Lake Ohrid from our room. The staff was exceptionally nice. Lots of free parking.

Breakfast was really good, but the staff was amazing! Really helpful and friendly. Recommend to book rooms directly, they are a lot more flexible than an online booking system.

Had to cross a busy road to get to beach, but this had nothing to do with the hotell or its staff.
