Great location access to the beach. The pool is super nice. Our family had 2 infants and the hotel accommodated us with baby cribs which were awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You could hear the noise from the park in the morning. You could also hear the noise from the hallway, the bathroom next door from within your room. The bathroom's vent really needs help. There's no venting at all so you could smell your stuff in your bedroom. Gross.

The staff were very friendly, doorman helped us with bags and receptionist was welcoming. The room was good, big comfy bed, large bathroom with closed off shower. The pool area was very nice to hangout in. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety.

The location for the beach is great; however, we were far from restaurants and the central area. Our room had strange “water” drip marks ALL over the walls and brown substance on the door. I felt like a deep cleaning of the room would be necessary to match it to the rest of the hotel’s appearance.

They do have nice view to the sea, breakfast was pretty good and changed every day. Bed was pretty big and comfy, AC was working as it should be. Nice pool area but on the smaller size. Staff speaks English!

In the room they have ants and they coming into bed, so after leaving we had to check all belongings to not bring them home, this should be fixed asap. We took the best room they had and on the photos room looks really good and luxury but live just random simple room.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. A good location and the employees were friendly. Also, they were trying to communicate using translation app so we could understand each other and this was outstanding. Lastly, the breakfast was extensive and quite tasty with good quality and the chef at the egg station was friendly.

The elevator wait time especially during breakfast time and check out. Also, the staff were using guests elevators and if you plan to leave at a particular time, keep 10 to 15 minutes for the elevator.

Southend of beach very attractive view over park to sea. Floor 19 . Huge room, very comfortable bed great facilities. Best price and excellent standard. Breakfast included good Vietnamese choices. Staff very happy to help.

Pool is not as big as implied but good enough for a quick swim. No one was available to provide towel. Steam room poor.

The price of a hotel room is excellent! A place with a sea view is worth a million! Staff responsive and kind! Breakfast is very rich and the offer changed from day to day! Only Europeans are not used to eating lunch in brochures! I only had 2 weeks to eat fried eggs with white bread, because cheese and meat are not there either! But overall, everything was delicious!

Completely dissatisfied with the fact that starting from the 9th floor WiFi internet is simply unusable! The staff couldn't do anything either! In the evenings, music was played very loudly from the city beach, played by several companies with big tumbles on the beach! In the morning at 5:30 there was music and people were exercising down there, you have to reckon with that! But we were not bothered by the morning gymnasts!

The room was spacius Breakfast is nice - a lot of vietnamese food, eggs and toasts with jam. Perfect view. Air condition works very well.

The check in process was a bit long, because they did not have access to Booking on the reception. They requested to keep our passports or 500k deposit/per person. Noise from the street - loud music. Earplugs are neccessary.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff limited English but they try hard :) Nice pool and views from the room.

They are pretty strict with the timings. Absolutely no breakfast after 9.30 or they don't let you stay in the pool area after closing hours.

For the price we paid (about 60CAD at the time), we had a very nice room. Super clean, the ocean view was actually good and we had the view of the "strip". Breakfast was alright too. It is a bit off the main attractions/restaurants, but has a nice spot of beach in front.

Small thing, butnwish the restaurant had dinners too.
