Always a pleasure to come back here. We were here before and we chose it again because the location is convenient on our travels. This time we chose a slightly bigger room which was great and super clean. Nice little chocolates were waiting for us in the room - my daughter was thrilled 😀 Carpark is right under the hotel and is charged separately, as well as the local tax charge which is calculated per person. Check in late is very convenient with keys left in the safe at the entrance.

I would live to come here one day and actually find more pillows on the bed, but this might be just my preference. It's an absolute nightmare to get to the hotel from the carpark if you don't know the way. There are no signs to direct you. The hotel manager kindly wrote us a message about how to get inside from the main entrance but not from the garage. We arrived very late and didn't want to disturb anyone with phone calls, but if clear signs would be placed up on the doors, at least, that would definitely solve the problem.

Even not new very clean and large rooms, comfortable beds. You have every thing you may need in the kitchen and the refrigerator is larger than a hotel standard. Enterance from the street was not diffucult although we arrived at 2:00am.

I would put a liquid soap after all these negative comments! shower head had a problem and bathroom lights were not working but we stayed only for a few hours just to sleep on our way so no problem. If we wanted to stay longer, no AC would be a big problem. 15€ surprise city tax added for a room for 2 adults and one child.

Lovely place and very good location. Underground parking and direct access to the therme. Friendly, helpful and competent staff. Spacious and pretty room. Good wi-fi.

The bed was not very comfortable. it would be very helpful, to provide basic tea and coffee bags, as there are self-catering facilities. Some basic cosmetics, like shower gel/shampoo were also needed. The room was not cleaned. But it did not matter, as I stayed only four days.

We stayed in two rooms. The one without a balcony (#230) had a much bigger bathroom and very comfortable mattresses. Easy access to the Therme. Parking is 5€ / day.

Mattresses in the room with balcony (219) were not great at all. The springs were really hurting my back. This room definitely needs new mattresses. There were no teacloths or kitchen sponges in room 219.

I talked previously with them, because it was our pre-honeymoon and I wanted to surprise my wife. They were unbelievably supportive and kind and even we got something else from them above what I asked for.

It's about the Therme not the apartment. It was our first time at a german sauna and nobody told us that we mustn't wear anything when we go inside. And it wasn't written anywhere. Anyway it was a bit learning money.

We have been going to the apartment house several times a year for more than eight years. We are really happy here, which is evidenced by our repeated visits. The staff of the apartment building is very friendly. I was very happy to meet and talk with Ms. Christina, who is no longer at the reception. Of course Mr. Georgi is also very friendly and very helpful and caring.

The room was lovely, recently renovated and felt fresh. The property has its Bavarian charm which I enjoyed. The underground tunnels connecting the hotel to the pool are such a fun and exciting feature.

There is not much cleaning service throughout one’s stay and the staff speak little English and tend to get easily irritated when asked questions.

Due to repeated and frequent visits to the apartment house, we can only add: satisfaction, friendliness of receptionists, well-being. We will keep coming back.

All is OK !!

Good value for money. Nice surroundings with the possibility of various activities as a bonus. Made a stop-over on the way to another destination, but already thinking of a relaxing extended weekend here.

Maybe just learn from our misunderstanding, when we accidentally drove our car right in front of the building where there is a pedestrian zone, but we should probably have gone straight to the underground garages.
