My stay was great as usual. They upgraded my room which was awesome 👌. The location couldn't have been better! It's near Dutch Wonderland, many restaurants, outlets, Strasburg Railroad, theaters and much more. They have many different options for breakfast to choose from, that is included with your stay. In the lobby there's always many tea options, coffee and hot chocolate around the clock. There's also cookies in the lobby to snack on. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub for you're enjoyment. The employees greet you with a smile and are very pleasant and make you feel welcome.

What's not to like! Everything was awesome!

Breakfast was a nice touch. Make my own waffles? Yes please! Coffee could have been better. Was not the best. The coffee temperature could have been hotter. (Its also available 24/7, but you can tell it was old and sat all day) It was quiet, even with being on a very busy street (major highway). Bed was comfortable. Extra blankets were available in your room in case you needed them. (I didnt) Microwave and mini fridge were available- was great for me to stock so I didn't have to eat out every day.

I didn't dislike anything!

Loved it we are great grandparents and were taken 3 of our great grandchildren for a weekend getaway they had never been there before. They are between the ages of 9 and 4. this was an exciting experience for them as they come from a family that are making ends meet. One of the things that we surprised them with was the American Music Christmas show.What a wonderful experience for all of us and to have such a great place to stay was the best. They really enjoyed the inside pool and hot tub. We cannot thank Country Inns and Suites for being such a great clean comfortable place. We will definitely make this our place on future trips.

he breakfast.... we were expecting scrambled eggs and some kind of breakfast meat. This is something we look forward to in other places we stay and heard quite a few other guest staring the same thing.

I did not use it due to diet restrictions. My husband was not impressed

Our room was located next to the linen area used by the maids. They woke us several times making a lot of noise loading their carts and laughing loudly. They kept coming to our door and knocking to see if they could come in and clean. This was even after we put the do not disturb sign out. They did not speak English to understand our telling them the time they could come back. The room needed a deep cleaning. There was a lot of collected dirt around the edges, particularly in the bath room. I am not being picky. I used to clean hotel rooms so I know what is expected. Otherwise, our experience was great. We even got an upgraded room. When we got there, the fridge was not working properly. It was changed out in a very timely fashion. No complaints there.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great, a good variety and especially loved the biscuits and gravy. Location is close to everything we wanted to do. Altho we didn't use the indoor pool, it was very inviting. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that the place was decorated for the season. very convenient that they had coffee, tea or hot cocoa out 24/7, not to mention cookies. We had a King Suite, enjoyed the bedroom separated from the sitting area.

I can't say that there was anything we didn't like. Just the view. We had a slightly obscured view from our room, over the porch and entry. But was still okay.

The property was conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean and pool and jacuzzi were great.

The fitness room was hardly that. An elliptical, a treadmill, and a bike does not scream fitness room. Some cable machines and some dumbbell's would go a long way. The continental breakfast wasn't the best. Breakfast sandwiches that needed to be cooked in the microwave and the Uncrustable peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? Eggs, sausage, and bacon would elevate that breakfast to a new level! Being so close to the road there was a lot of traffic noise. Thankfully a bluetooth speaker with some fan noise solved that problem.

I loved the clean smell of the room when we walked in. I loved how friendly the staff was and how they were always cleaning and making sure everything was good The breakfast was awesome and so many options I loved those breakfast sandwiches and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and not to forget the tea and coffee and cookies they offered in the afternoon

Woke up feeling stuffy not sure if it was the Air circulation The bathroom didn't have a fan The front of the hotel is a busy highway and sometimes you could here the trucks at night

MY stay overall was very pleasant. 1. The pleasantness and professionalism of the staff- front desk, kitchen and throughout. 2. The room was very clean and neatly done. The rooms are very roomy. The bathroom seems very spotless and that is in other areas of the hotel (by the pool). 3. The breakfast is good and substantial. 4. The convenience of the hotel: nearby attractions, restaurants, outlets and free parking. 5. The pricing is reasonable 6. Quietness surrounding the area and in the hotel. This was my second visit at this hotel and my family does not want to try any other hotels in the area. We plan to stay next year as well. Thanks to the staff for their professionalism, pleasantness and quick reaction to any question(s) you may have. This is definitely, our go to stay when in Lancaster, Pa. So I hope the services are the same and/or better. TY!

Uh, there is nothing big but I wish they provide a few extra towels. I requested it when booking so I'm not sure if it was not forwarded to the hotel.

The property was clean. The breakfast was abundant of various items. The fitness center was nice. We used the pool and it was great. But the staff was the best. From the manager to the individual front desk staff and the cleaning staff. All so friendly and helpful. We celebrated my 63rd birthday and it was a great stay and we will return again.

The location of our room faced the highway which was horrendous. The traffic but specifically the 18 wheelers going by in the middle of the night was terrible. I’ve been to other hotels with this setup and the windows were double paned and you could not hear the traffic.

We liked being on the 1st floor. Slept good in the bed. We liked the Refrigerator, we like the tv and Getting lots of channels. We liked the breakfast and the coffee.

I didn't like the water pressure in the shower. Seemed like I was in there for 30 min. Just trying to get the shampoo out of my hair. Then I had to do conditioner too. Felt really greasy when I got out and to really dry off to get slickem off. My head was itching from shampoo and conditioner by the end of the day where I couldn't get it rinsed out good. I have shoulder length hair and thick. Also, the vaccum had not been ran when we got there and there was dust really bad on top of the head board. The next day, we left and came back, bed was made but nothing else. Did get some new towels, is all. No toilet paper. Thought we were going to have to use Kleenex. Also, the trash didn't even get emptied and none of the cans had bags in them. Other than that it was ok.
