Convenient. Reasonably priced.

Stained comforter. Showerhead only dribbled water. Rinsing long hair was impossible! And washing your hands or brushing your teeth using the sink in the bathroom, was like using pure clorox bleach! My disabled husband had to pry open the front door by hand to exit this morning!

The staff was absolutely amazing. We were travelling with our youth baseball team. The front desk lady went way way above and beyond to make everything comfortable. Also the kitchenette was perfect, along with the grilling station outside by the pool

Nothing. Anything that wasn't perfect was outshadowed by the staff

Good location, near outlets and interstate, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic congestion.

While these are suites and have a great kitchenette, breakfast in the hotel would be nice. We had a short stay and didn't want the burden of packing additional food items.

The rooms were clean. Like the full bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very Nice kitchen and actually was stocked if you wanted to cook.

No breakfast offered. Most hotels have complimentarybreakfast which i was surprised yours didn't offer for the price.. Only two handicap spaces and one person parked there who didn't have plate.

We stayed in a suite and having the extra space was great. The outdoor area looked wonderful although we never really had time to use that space, but offering grills and a pavilion off of the pool would be helpful if coming during warmer months.

Location is great. We like kitchen in these units. it’s nice to have a full size refrigerator and a real kitchen sink and counter. The facility is well maintained.

The elevator is in super slow motion.We’ve stayed here several times and it’s been that way since the first time. There was no shower gel and there was coffee in the coffee pot from previous guests.

The property was easy to find, close to restaurants, and had a lot of helpful amenities- the free laundry was a huge bonus for us since this was the last stop on our 6 day drive before we made it to our destination.

The worker who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, it almost seemed like it was a bother that we were there. It was a bit later in the day (around 5pm I believe) but I just didn’t get the welcoming feeling from her. Also, our dishwasher had clean dishes still in there, not a huge deal but just weird. I’m not sure if the floor was vacuumed since our dog was sniffing around and found things to eat on the floor.

Very nice amenities, bed was very comfortable (little high off the floor for short people),

Mini coffee pot was dirty, shower curtain should be longer so it stays in the tub and doesn't leak water on the floor, would have been nice to have 2nd reclining chair. Elevator was very, very, very slow to open & close door.

Good location. Nice bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. Good quality shampoo, etc. Accommodated my request for a 1st floor room almost immediately after I booked online.

No free continental breakfast. A little pricier than I wanted. Room was not made up in between nights, though that seems to be the norm now.

Left at 5am due to poor weather and didn’t eat at the hotel.

The bathroom caulking needs to be changed. Mold evident at the ceiling where the wall meets.
