We loved how the hotels leans into the dinosaur theme - from daily talks, to a selection of book titles and board games to borrow or buy, to dino inflatables in the pool - it all felt very harmonious and it was evident the staff has great passion for their place of work. The pool itself was absolutely amazing - with a beach-like approach on one end, an unusual but very organic shape and a hot tub nestled in one of the bends, our only regret was we didn't have more time to spend in it. The breakfast staff was always super nice and very helpful, making sure our food was prepared well and served with a smile. It was very easy to get to the hotel from multiple directions and it is a very easy driving distance to some premium vacation destinations, attractions and sights.

The outdoor pool area was my favorite!! Clean, and the water! The "heated pool" is really heated! Hottub very nice. Loved the breakfast patio with more games for the family (Large Lifesize Chess, Connect Six, and Jenga!) Lots of room for leisure in a lounge chair or playing volleyball in the pool! Breakfast was also exceptional! Loads of choices. Hot or cold! The Dino theme is very cute for little ones ( I loved the small blow-up dinos in the pool!)

The air in both rooms was not cool. It took opening a window to get a breeze. Room smelt musty. However, everything was super clean!

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was really good. The room was spacious and very cleanl, it had a small refrigerator and a microwave. They even had a heated pool, which was amaizing during the winter. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I don't really have much dislikes, however the only thing that I found a bit buggy was the locatiin of the microwave, and one of the doors of the back was out of service during my stay.

Extra details: a dinosaur docent. Lots of friendly staff. Great breakfast, especially the green chili. Wonderful pool.

We had a little snafu involving their not being able to contact Booking.com. (By the way I can never reach Booking.com either! Ever, no matter what.) But the way they ironed this out for us was incredibly kind and generous.

The small touches added to the stay, like the painted bricks on the building and dinosaur fossils , to the giant chess board. The upkeep seemed exceptional from the pool to the overall cleanliness.

There were a few worn items in our room. From the tv stand starting to break, to the microwave that didn't fully work The 2 queen size beds seemed small and the room was small for four of us

The breakfast was amazing! So many choices and the food was delicious! The pool area was super fun and it was so nice that the hotel staff put inflatable dinosaurs in the water in the evening for the kids!

The pool area could’ve been cleaned up a bit better but it wasn’t terrible. Just run a net through the water more often to collect leaves, bugs & debris. Maybe a broom through the pool deck too.

The room and hallways were clean.

The room had a musty smell when we first entered. You could not smell it when the temperature was turned down, so I think it must be in the AC unit. We were not askec for our Best Western Rewards information, so I thing we will not get any points for our 5 day stay.

The hotel was immaculate. The pool was clean Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating the breakfast was excellent would highly recommend and will stay there again

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel it meant all expectations it was close to Red Rocks golden and all shopping centers

Very clean and well maintained facility with interesting dinosaur theme and artifacts.

A very long and loud alarm reportedly set off by a smoker in the non-smoking facility. It wasn't the faciity's fault, but the extremely loud alarm continued for 10-15 minutes until a fire department truck arrived to check out the hotel.

Nice location, nice hotel, nice staff, and excellent stay. I felt safe in this hotel. Breakfast was fabulous 👌 And they always have crispy ice cold water to fill up your bottles! Huge plus for me!

Bad lighting in the rooms. Especially at the sink/mirror area. Need bigger garbage cans
