Pretty updated king room, clean and a good size. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very good. Easy access on side roads to local businesses. Staff very good. Booked online and got a great price. Stayed in three different hotels thus far on thus trip and this by far was the best. Ice machine worked great. Did not have time to checkout the pool

Then experience was great!!

The constant noise from the outside! Young people screaming and yelling outside my door in the early morning hours constantly waking me up. Walking up and down the hall, it felt like a cheap motel weekend fiesta. Unexceptionable!! I will not be returning!!

The room was large and clean and contained many amenities. Could have served as an nice little apartment.

The only thing I didn't like was that the lighting outside was so bright, that the window curtain couldn't keep the room dark for sleep.

I did not partake in breakfast so I can not answer about it. I've stayed here before. The room is large and the king size bed is comfortable for a hotel.

The bathtub drain is slow and so when you are taking a shower you end up standing in 2-4 inches of dirty water the whole time you are showering. The toilet was loose on the base so every time I sat upon it, it rocked forward and upon standing it bangs up against the wall.

The location was great, it was right off the expressway with was extremely convenient. I did not stay for the breakfast unfortunately.

We stayed in the room with the spa, if they could possibly install a less noisy pump in the spa it would have been a perfect night as I was looking to surprise my wife with a quiet night alone. Other than that it was a great night thank you veryuch.

The room looked good with the pillows arranged on the bed. Ice machine was a big plus. The breakfast was better than I expected, especially with waffles.

The only thing I could see was the worn-out chairs. The seat was ripped on one of them

Site still lists that pool is 24hr which helps me a ton with my travel schedule. This time staff told me all closed at 10 though, which was after our arrival 🤔. Checked website again, not just the booking site, and still says 24hr 🙃

I liked the attention the front desk clerk and her willingness to help

Only 1 misunderstanding, i asked how much $$$ more to add the Jacuzzi tub. She didn't explain and by the time I found out the jacuzzi tub was added to my credit card and i didn't even know the jacuzzi tub was available for use. I do feel a partial refund should be made to my debit card used to pay for the room.

Always stay there.

We were asked if we needed towels and we told housekeeping not until they cleaned the room. Due to a language barrier they neither cleaned the room or left us towels

The staff was so nice and accommodating, pricing was reasonable, rooms were large and clean, beds were large, soft and pillows were so comfortable, but the ladies at the front desk where the highlight of my stay. I travel a lot and will definitely stay here again
