The bathroom don't have Shattaf

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was easy to find and perfectly situated, with restaurants, grocery stores, Trabzon Meydan , parc, and bus stops all just a 5 minute walk away. The room was clean and matched the pictures exactly. What made this hotel special for me was the staff: Derya, Ciğdem, and their colleague were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were always ready with recommendations and made me feel right at home 😊. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great introduction to Karadeniz local cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

The hotel's location is fantastic. The staff, especially Derya and Berkay, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast offered at the hotel was not only delicious but also satisfying. If I ever return to Trabzon, I would happily choose to stay here again.

I encountered a couple of issues at the hotel. Firstly, there was an unpleasant sewage odor that was quite noticeable and unpleasant. Additionally, the blanket provided in the room was too thin, which didn't provide enough warmth and comfort.

Very comfortable stay. Room was perfect for me. Nice coffee/tea/kettle in the room and a fridge. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was warm with good pressure. Location was pretty good. Just a short walk up to the main square and walking avenue. Maybe a bit far to some of the sites in town, but I love walking so not a problem for me. Staff was great too. Helpful in find good places to eat and getting me a taxi to the airport.

Only thing stopping it from being a 10 ... the shower had a bit of mold in it. Nothing crazy, but something to note for the future. Can easily be cleaned up. Otherwise this is a perfect stay in Trabzon.

It was comfortable, quiet (except some guests at night but the hotel is not guilty of that), very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Meydan (square) is two steps away, lot of restaurants, fruits shops and shopping areas. Easy to find

The breakfast could have better quality food

It was nice location close to the Main Street , the staff was very nice specially Tayfun was very helpful.

The breakfast was poor, cleaning for the room I must inform every day that I need cleaning so I stayed 2 days of 6 days without cleaning.

Great value of money! The hotel is in a great location just 4 minutes walking to center. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was super delicious. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very very friendly and helpful.

The internet didn't work most of the time as the password codes were not valid, there was a fridge in the room but it wasn't working. You could easily hear the other rooms using their bathroom and toilets through the walls. But overall, my stay experience was very good and I enjoyed the stay and was satisfied with the services and the reasonable prices.

Very central, just a few steps to the main square. Very afforable private rooms. Breakfast was great and service was excellent. Will definitely come back. Thank you Zeytindali team.

I wish they have bidet in the bathroom.

The hosts were very helpful, the breakfast was the same as the dinner. Clean and perfect location - close to the beach, main park and minibus stops

Noise from outside, but when i close window and turn on rhe air conditioner it was better

The room provided is spacious, the facilities are excellent and the staff is friendly. Overall it has met my expectations. Thus, the location is near the Trabzon Meydan and beach just within walking distance. Worth your money and will stay at this hotel for my next trip.
