The breakfast was delicious and offered for several hours to accommodate guests early and later in the morning. The pool and hot tub was open early in the morning and late at night. The beds were comfortable and there were two soft pillows and two firmer pillows for each bed, providing each guest with a pillow that they would prefer. Most of all, the front desk staff were exceptional and accommodating! Jeremy was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable which made our stay significantly better.

The tub didn’t drain well during showers or hold water very well for baths but the rooms, including the bathrooms, were clean and comfortable.

Nice room, the bed was comfortable, and having a coffee/tea maker was nice. Also, the free breakfast was on point.

I noticed a sock from a previous visitor next to the bed when I was searching for something I thought I had lost. The coffee maker didn’t have the basket for the filter, so I couldn’t make coffee in the room as I’d hoped.

Staff was amazing! Everyone we spoke to was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The man who checked us in, the woman who checked us out, and the housekeeping staff. Always smiling and seem genuinely happy to help. Top tier customer service.

Everything is a bit outdated, but nothing awful. It is expected for the great price!

Deluxe King Suite with Living Room was very roomy. We didn't sleep on the pull out couch, so can't say how comfy it is, but it was really nice for sitting and watching TV in the evening. Everyone was friendly and the location was great. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. Mini fridge was also nice and cold upon arrival.

Bed linens were clean but stained (looked like ink). Curtains had spots where the blackout fabric had holes.

Well let’s see, there’s nothing better when you pull up to the hotel and it looks wonderful and so does the grounds! The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was good and I was super glad it wasn't just a grab and go bag! The apple juice was watery but the attendant noticed and fixed it. I had somewhere to be at 3 (check in time) and called to see if we could check in a little early and there was no problem (I only wanted a half hour early)! Check in and out was quick. We were even put on the "quiet side" so as not to hear the highway. The only problem we had was we found a pair of socks in the room but other than that everything was great! We will stay again if in the area

I couldn't use the pool because of other plans! Lol I assume it was working but I just didn't have time to use it or the fitness room.

have never had issues.. this time the bathroom was not clean.. hair in the tub and in the sink breakfast has always been great this time, eggs were super salty and the waffle mix tasted really sour... to the point that i just tossed it

Location was good lots of parking, we stayed during snow storm and they had plows keeping parking lot cleared. Bed was comfortable!

The pool temperature wasn’t very warm we didn’t end up using it, it could've been warmer.
