Large and clean room with plenty space for luggage. Central location, 7 11 next door. It was quiet even we were located on a Main Street. Room was clean and they provided coffee machine.

The staff is not really helpful. What ever we asked them, they didn’t speak English very well but also they didn’t seem like they wanna help. When we left and said “Good-bay” they were busy in conversation and didn’t even answer. The only exception was a security men who was very nice and helped us to find our Grab.

Located in District 1 which is the center of HCMC. Near to food vendors and 15-30 minutes walk to malls. The housekeeping will not enter your room to do any cleaning unless you inform the receptionist area. We stayed in room 2D, and if you don’t like to be waken up by noisy pigeons then suggest you request for different room. Bed is comfortable and they provide 4 pillows in which I love it as I’m a pillow higher when I sleep.

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room have cockroaches and it landed on my husband chest while we were on bed. Bedroom floor have red ants as well, I bought unripe and unpeeled mango fruits and ants started to infested my plastic bag.

They need to improve the cleaning of the room, we stay in two different rooms bedrooms and in both of them needs to make a deep clean on the bathrooms , the walls were with stains from old grass and as well the handles of the sink, and also we found a hair on the bathtub, and make a renovation of the towels it were clean but you can see that it were old.

Like always, i book Chill Suites, when i'm in Saigon, because; - Location is great. There are a lot of Shops around, Cinema, Restaurant, Bui Vien (Walking Street), Benh Thanh Market - The Staff works for long time there, so not always new faces -> They are always helpful and care about the customers (especially 'Nhu Linh' from the Desk and 'Duy' the Concierge) -> Check-In is always fast and uncomplicated - Price/Performance are good, sometimes there are some Discount from Booking-Sides

- Just the performance from the Shower is a little weak, but i guess, that can be change

Everything! Theur staffs, location, rooms, and price met our budget and our expectations. The staff exceeded it even more. When we reported that our fridge is not working they brought up a new working fridge in our room within 3 mins. When we requested clothes iron and chair they were able to provide it in less than 5 mins. Front desk and doorman were all helpful and ready to assist us everytime.

The decor was lovely across the hotel, the location was also great and only around 20 mins walk to all the tourist attractions. Shout out to the porter who was so happy to help and even covered the receptionist if they weren’t present. He tried his best to communicate in all languages and was so friendly. All round a great hotel, especially for the money!

Water-Pressure in the Shower was in some Room weak, but half as bad.

It was quite far from the centre, also we were planning to go surfing so it was a bit difficult for us to reach the rental shops and surfing area. Also the spa was temporarily closed...
