Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is really great. It's a simple, clean and cozy hotel, without luxurious facilities and decorations, but everything is just right. The staff are very kind and will patiently help you solve your problems. Overall, I stay here for 8 days alone and It's a really great experience.

The water pressure of the faucet is a bit low but it doesn't affect the accommodation experience.

Well located just off of the Sunday night market street. Room was very tidy and free coffee was nice. AC and hot water worked very well

It could be a bit noisy at night but nothing ear plugs can’t fix

Got put in a different room than we booked for because something was broken in the room we booked for. Meant that my friend and I had to share a bed rather than two singles.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants, 7/11's, and markets. Nun's restaurant is next to the Rendezvous and is definitely worth a visit, the waiter is very friendly. happy and helpful. Fabulous area of Chiang Mai. Very close to the Sunday street market. Walking distance to many of the historical sight seeing areas such as temples etc. Balcony was a bonus. Many gluten free, vegan, vegetarian restaurants nearby. Da's Home Bakery on Moon Muang Rd, Lane 6 has many gluten free options.

The owners were very nice people they made u feel welcome at there guesthouse and us they were very polite helpful rooms are very good in size clean comfortable bed nice shower an balcony good as well cleaner of rooms were very nice an good at there jobs thanks to them as well u can grab coffee an tea in room as walk in guesthouse all day or when u want one nice area quiet place at night and when going out left or right on little road u got what u need restaurant bars 7/11 shop bakery all less then 5 minutes walk away we were very happy with the place will stay there again when in chaing mai many thanks ian an apinya

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable & ideal location and dont need a pool or gym then this place would suit you. I booked through booking.com and with an amazing discount only paid AU$200 for 7 days. The owner was quick to resond when there was a issue with the AC and had the problem fixed within an hour This place is unpretentious is very comfortable with all convenience you may need there is no kettle to make coffee/tea but this is provided downstairs 24 hours a day

Easy to reach many places on foot here (as with most places in the old town). Also very close to the Asia Scenic cooking school which I would highly recommend. It seems to be a family owned hotel and the owner was always so helpful with my luggage and explaining to me how to best get around Chiang Mai

There is no lift, but the owner helped with my luggage. The bathroom was a bit tired but still fine for me.

Perfect location in Old Town near Tha Phae Gate for Thai New Year! Quiet at night. Very close walk to Sunday Market which has unique & creative souvenirs. Easy walk to a variety of restaurants and evening music.

The location was excellent, staff were lovely, complimentary tea & coffee 24/7. The bed was hard but lump free so we slept well. The towels were clean & complimentary soap if you wanted it. The room was on the small size which for us was fine for 2 nights ...it might be a bit small if you're there for a week.

We had a tiny balcony which was cute but we couldn't leave it open as there wasn't a mosquito screen. We didn't have an external window either so it was a little stuffy. The shower was a mere dribble but hot.

It has a homely guest house feel. As a family of 5 with 2 rooms we were situated near each other. The rooms accommodated us well. Especially for us as a couple our room had a good amount of space, desk and chair, A/C and fan, fridge and room service every day which we have not had anywhere else in Thailand (unless you requested it)! Also the staff were so helpful we had various issues with money etc. and they helped us sort everything out immediately. There is free water filling, coffee and tea available. The location is fantastic quiet, but near everything temples, shops, coffee, bakery, yoga classes, and more especially the Sunday night market at the end of the street! Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really but the shower pressure needs attention in our room and the drain smelt in the bathroom of the other room.
