Everything about this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Boutique, family owned makes for a very personal touch to our stay. Friendly and helpful welcome by Loris and attention to all of our needs for our 2 night stay. We loved the eclectic decor, which suited the style of hotel. We had a very large room, beautifully furnished and a large bathroom with room for everything. A credit to the owner Andreas for what he and his team have created.

Nothing. It was all great - if only we had more time to stay and make more use of the bar facilities also which operate on an honour system. A nice touch there too.

Excellent location, brilliant knowledgeable staff, fabulous quirky one of a kind experience. Bed was really comfortable, we were high up and at the back of the hotel and so we did not get disturbed by any body. Lift to 5th floor madr getting to and from the room really easy. Boutique feel and breakfast good although we only ate breakfast at hotel on one day.

I enjoyed the modern decoration of the interior, public areas like lobby and breakfast area. Also the rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable.

My room had no proper heating unfortunately, since the A/C was only for cold air and the building heater was not really functioning during my first couple of days. I had to ask for a portable air heater in the middle of the night since I was really freezing. Thankfully this was restored on the other half of my stay, since I changed to a room with a proper A/C. Just make sure you request a room with good heating system during winter.

Was amazing stay. Hotel was clean, quiet and very nicely decorated. I stayed in a budget twin room, however it was spacious, and had a balcony. Bathroom was clean and had everything you could need. Got a fee cans of juice and water in the fridge every day of my stay and as I was staying during a heat wave a lovely cold bottle of water and can of cola when we arrived back was perfection. A small detail but added so much to our enjoyment of our trip. The staff were helpful professional and friendly. Would defiantly stay here again no question.

Everything was perfect.

It was not easy to find a decent hotel in Verona with parking and pet friendly. Overall, I liked this hotel: parking is convenient, we were extended our free stay for 2 hours. The bed is comfortable.

Breakfast could have been more varied. Several times I had to ask the staff to add certain products. There is little room for things in the room. I didn't like the metal cabinet at the entrance. The staff needs to check the plumbing - the water splashes in different directions.

Everything! I really liked the hotel, it seems like you are walking right into a contemporary art museum. The room is very big, even including a kind of living room with an amazing and very comfy sofa and two balconies. The decoration is really amazing, I wanted to stay there much longer to take pictures. I didn't book the option with breakfast because I wanted to have brunch at Elkcafe downtown, but remained curious for breakfast in the hotel!

Fantastic hospitality, we felt really welcomed and special. Catchy interiors, where every detail is thoughtfully chosen. Clean, quiet. Located perfectly close to walk to the old town and to the train station at the same time. If we come back to Verona, we will always stay in this hotel! Anna & Mariia

Great location you can walk to everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were only there for a short stay and they recommended what to see, restaurants to try and wines to drink..all were excellent recommendations. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and breakfast was great. Cook made us omelettes.

We like everything about this hotel: stylish design and decorations in the lobby and in the room, welcoming and inviting staff sharing local tips, perfect location to explore the city, not to mention the breakfast was also fine and exquisite.

Some might think the parking is a bit expensive but it worked perfectly!

Amazing design, it was really an experience to check out all the beautiful and stylish decorations! Also it was THE BEST breakfast during my trip (Milan, Verona, Venice, Bologna, Montepulciano) - quality of food, assortment, everything was delicious.
