My wife and I are avid world travellers having stayed at some of the best hotels in the world. There really are no words to describe how peaceful, quiet, and perfect this hotel is. The grounds are immaculate, the rooms are extensive, the pool has an incredible view, the staff are excellent and the list goes on. It's a very quiet retreat if you're looking to relax and unwind. Absolutely loved it.

Having a more efficient way to get service (drinks and food) at the pool. Perhaps having a buzzer or phone at the pool so you can ring room service or having someone waiting on the pool throughout the day. We were able to order food and drink through reception, but there's likely an easier way to do this.

Location and the ambiance of the hotel was perfect. we stayed in the suit and the view of the window was like the photo of tuscany. If you are one of Brunello fan like me Wine Shop is alsa amazing. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was ok. You could also choose anything like omlette from buffer breakfast selection.

The only thing that I didn't like was the behaviour of Marco in the brekfast area. He as not smiley and helpful. If you will order more than one thing, I think he is getting angry. It wad rainy and I asked just for taking umbrella thr answer should be yes or no he said wait please btw umbrellas were in front of me. Then I asked what should I wait for. He spoke on his own; then I took two umbrellas on my own. He was totally not polite. If you dont have patience against these kind of behaves; try Borgo Santo or so in this area.

not really related to the actual hotel, but the mobile signal is pretty weak to inexistent. This also causes their own Wi-Fi to be very weak

This is undoubtedly the best place we have ever been. It is beautiful, elegant yet friendly to make you feel special. people who works at Banfi has high standard just like the wine they produce and it shows in every detail in the property. Bike ride along the vineyard is something to remember.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options we did a bike tour and wine tour with Paul and he was amazing. Such great knowledge of and experience with the property. We learned so much in such a unique and fun way. The dinner at the Michelin Star restaurant was exquisite and was a highlight of our trip.

Ambience, location, food and experiences were all superb. The only criticism would be the price tag for everything, but I guess that’s what contributes to such an exclusive property with 5 star service.

Perfect location, amazing staff—literally nothing to improve! I personally think it is not ideal for a stay with kids (unless your kids enjoy beautiful views, wine, food, and a quiet location). However, for a couple looking to escape the noisy world, nothing can be better than Banfi!

SPECTACULAR!! What a special place!! We LOVED every aspect of our stay!! The attention to every detail was spot on!! Reception was warm and friendly - we were greeted with sparkling wine!! Our room was perfection!! i loved the design and layout!! Linens were heavenly!! Wine tasting was over the top!! we laughed and chatted and really enjoyed ourselves- we were able to send purchases home on the spot. Dinner - WOW - Once in a lifetime experience on terrace - we opted for a 7 course wine pair and were BLOWN AWAY - with all the extras it was more like a 12 course!! We were actually sad to move on to the rest of our trip!!

Incredible food at both restaurants, very helpful staff, beautiful room overlooking rose garden. Superb views. Very special place indeed. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again tomorrow! La sala do Grappoli was outstanding. Couldn’t ask for better setting or food!

From the room to the grounds to the service to the attention to detail, it was truly beyond expectations. The room size for a family of 4 was just perfect. There was an abundance of things to do on grounds and a couple of great restaurants in nearby towns.
