Location is great if you want to enjoy peace and quiet after a long day in the tourist-heavy Venice. All the smaller but extremely charming towns worth discovering are 25-40 km away. Worth visiting! The pool is large and clean. From Thursday to Sunday, you can order drinks and food by the pool. The manor itself is authentic, with large and spacious rooms. Suitable for both families and solo travelers.

It was a bit bothersome that trash from weekend weddings was left scattered around the property for several days. 200/100 if drinks and food were offered by the pool seven days a week. The pool area could stay open longer than until 7 PM.

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful grounds and the pool area was great. The female stuff was really amazing and they made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was attentive and great with the kids.

We had a negative interaction with one of the guests who complained that the kids were being too loud in the pool area. I felt the reception staff reacted well and reassured us that the hotel is family friendly and kids should be able to play to their heart’s content. However, the male staff at the pool were rather rude and confronting. It seemed odd to me that kids playing was an issue while smoking around the pool, where kids and babies were present, was a non-issue.

The whole experience you feel like an aristocrat, you can feel how people felt back in time and where and how richest families in Lombardy have been living. The food, staff and the rooms are nice.

Could be cleaner and better organised in terms of connection to the main building, the castle. Also leaving some courtesy for the guests some tea, coffee, or some snacks in the fridge would be highly appreciated when you travel with kids, your car is parked a bit far from your building and it’s raining a lot.

Overcrowded pool, better to come off season when it's quiet. Water (pool) a little too warm. Needs a separate children's pool. Lacking wardrobes, have to squeeze in next to the bed. There's a fridge, but no glasses if you want a drink on your terrace.

Nice place and great swimming pool. We were in first week of September and it was really not crowded with the people (despite the fact that Villa was fully booked) so was very calm,great place to have cozy time. Great staff and breakfast.

Sometimes grass trimer and leaf blower was to loud :) room cleaner need a bit more attention cleaning dust and bathroom but in general everything was fine.

Absolutely gorgeous property and grounds. The house was lovely and the pool area was really nice. The breakfast was really good too. Our toddler loved it here. Such good value for what you get!

It took as a while to find someone to check in but apart from that everything was great.

Room has living part in ground floor and bedroom and bathroom at the floor above which is interesting and effective layout. Pool is big enough for some swimming and has enough sunbeds (except during the weekends). Breakfast is classical where every body can find their favourite meal. We were pleasantly surprised with the restaurant and its dinner menu offer.

During the weekend villa sells pool tickets to external guests, so it is almost impossible to get the sunbed (if you are not very early at the pool).

Breakfast was excellent, room was nice and renovated (we were there before), bathroom was also new and clean, the swimming pool is very nice.

We did not like that entrance to the swimming pool was allowed to the people that were not guests of the hotel (for an entrance fee) so it was crowded. Also, the water in the pool was too warm and not refreshing.

The Villa is a great building from 16th century and looks very nice (especially in the night when we have arrived) . The rooms where we have stayed were closed to the villa. staff was always smiling and helpful. There is also a swimming pool but we didn't used it.

Basic breakfast, not too many options. You can ask for a proper coffee from the bar. Overall we were satisfied.

The architecture was impressive . It it like staying in a museum . The restaurant was good and had low prices . Breakfast did not have a very big variety but it was top quality

The smell in the room . I understand that this is a very old building but it can be sanitised . The bed need an improvement . It shakes a lot ( it felt like sleeping on a water mattress ) . The pillows need to be improved . Storage spaces in the room are few even though the room was HUGE .
