Excellent hotel, with great atmosphere, amazing restaurant and very kind staff. From check-in experience to absolutely amazing dinner, highly recommended hotel with perfect location (5min from main highway), and nice walk around the park after long drive. Rooms are great, we stayed twice in the hotel during the summer, and both experiences were exceptional. Beds very comfortable, facilities great (deluxe room type) and plenty of parking place and new Tesla superchargers just being installed (next generation chargers). Morning breakfast selection was amazing, plenty of options and high quality food - both breakfast and dinner. Huge thanks to restaurant staff for their service, it was great experience and amazing food selection. Super easy check out process, and overall atmosphere was lovely.

Hard to tell as we returned to the hotel second time on our way home, it was very convenient and it is surprisingly large hotel with plenty of rooms and selection of different room types. Based on our experience thank you for lovely memories and short stay.

I really am not sure why this property is only rated 'Good' on here! It's outstanding!!! The location is perfect if you're driving, the staff are incredibly friendly, the hotel itself was stylish, modern, clean and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and well equipped (Nespresso machines!!), and the food was phenomenal!! I cannot speak more highly of this fantastic hotel. The breakfast spread was unlike any I have experienced - including fresh honeycomb! The evening meals were divine too. And if you drive a Tesla they have supercharger points in the carpark. I would seek out this chain of hotels if I travelled in an area they existed again. Brilliant.

Great location - close to the motorway and a pleasant walk through the park to the town centre. Very comfortable bed and pillows, fan in the room provided for the hot weather. Lovely toiletries, good size room, clean and comfy. Easy parking on the hotel grounds.

No kettle, just a coffee machine in the room (I am a tea drinker...)

Booked last minute for a Euro 2024 trip. Perfect location, great hotel, staff were freindly. Room was of high quality and had a balcony . We couldn't asked for more and was great vaue for money. Fantastic breakfast as well. Just a shame I booked in a rush and didn't look at their website and booked direct instead. Highly recommended.

Nice bedroom, great bath, good breakfast. We were travelling from UK to North Germany, very conveient for Autobahn.

Breakfast was very good, but fried eggs had been put out earlier and were a little overdone

The spacious room, comfortable bed, breakfast with a very good choice, free parking and convenient location.

Nothing really, the place somehow oozed outdatedness and was comparatively expensive.

The hotel was well appointed, close to the motorway, ideal for travel to Calais. The biggest surprise was that it was right next to an extensive park with lake, ideal for a walk after driving a long distance. The restaurant was also excellent, delicious food served at any time.

The hotel was great. The restaurant food was exactly what we needed after a long drive from Berlin and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. And not expensive at all! Great location for a walk into Moers through the park!

Very nice building in great location next to the park with big sized room, super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet lots of parking. Rooms have new bathroom with nice product for shower

Room design a bit outdated design but ok, my room was facing the street which was a bit loud, unfortunately no gym and while there was tons of accessories in the bathroom no facial tissue

hotel is easy to find , room are perfectly clean and the staff really helpfull

we got a diner, but as it was a bit late (21h00)!!.. we got a table just at the border of the restauarnt in a darkness place not funny at all . And there was available places in the restaurant itself ...so...
