easy parking, friendly accomodating staff, spacious room. Could use a few more towels upfront in a suite but everything was clean and tidy as expected

lamps were unplugged, tiny bar refrigerator sat on the ground, which is clearly made for a stand or shelf. No complimentary water in the room. Main TV was a little oddly placed but functional. I would be more concerned if there was a family staying in the room as it protudes out into walking space. You could tell the bathroom had, had water damage and maybe some other guest damage. For the amount of money a major chain pulls in, it would be nice tonsee this kind of stuff replaced or fixed properly and not just bandage repair approach. It screams cheapness and reflects poorly on the business like a bad landlord.

This location is clean and new, the rooms are pristine and very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, and utensils. It doesn't have salt and pepper, nor any condiments, but it was stocked with tea and coffee and the fridge and tea kettle and small stove worked well. It even has a tiny dishwasher and a washer and dryer! The bathtub is deep and the water is hot. The linens are clean and fresh. Very comfortable stay. The parking lot is large and I had no trouble parking with my trailer.

I would have liked to have seen a restaurant in the hotel

Everything. Good parking, clean and chic reception area, nice staff, security conscious elevator, BEAUTIFUL room with kitchenette, laundry, and electric fireplace. Good shower and supplied toiletries. Would have been great to stay for more than one night.

Service was a little negligent at the attached Denny's. Not awful, just minimalistic.

Was not expecting the size of the room. It was a full apartment. Who would have thought. When we opened the door we were blown away. Room was clean and specious, with washing machines and dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Definitely will be staying here again.

The imitation fireplace was cosy on a bleak wet afternoon. Nice big room with kitchen and big refrigerator.

As we were there for 2 nights our room was to be served, but was forgotten. Towels had dirty marks on them. Both these problems were taken care of by the friendly house keeper.

Beds were super comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and powerful, and necessary during the heatwave! The interior of the room was kept very clean. Our king suite was super comfortable with lots of space, storage, and outlets everywhere to charge all your things. Everything was modern and updated. We were very impressed with the room. Regardless of the experience with the balcony, we would 100% stay here again in the future.

The balcony had pigeons living in the soffit above, so the balcony had some nesting material, feathers and some poop. There was a bad smell from the birds that got worse after a long hot day. Not a big deal as we weren't in the hotel often. But at the end of a long day we were looking forward to sitting out there and enjoying a drink before bed - but were unable to do so. The pigeons had made their way into the ceiling of our bedroom (beside the balcony) / floor of the room above us and woke us up at 5:30am with their rustling and cooing. We complained when we checked out, and were given 2 $10 gift cards to the attached Denny's for our troubles.

That this hotel has a balcony and a kitchen. Even though we did not use them but in the next travel with our family would be a great option for us to have the amenities again.

That they do not offer slippers and bath robs for King Suite that we pick and we paid more than a regular 1 bedoom suite.

The location is very good close to downtown Abbotsford. I like the kitchen and large rooms.

The location is very noisy with car alarms going off during the night. Lots of noise in the hallways with someone banging on other rooms doors in the middle of the night.

We were surprised to get a space that was practically the size of my condo. The bed was AMAZING and so were the pillows. Would absolutely stay at another sandman in general as life does not bring us to Abbotsford, ever.

I had made a note we were coming in early at the time of reservation so was a little bummed when we shows up and couldn’t check in, especially since we were going to a festival that day and wouldn’t be back at the hotel until around midnight.
