My fiancée and I loved staying here! The staff was very friendly and eager to help out in any way they could. The hotel was kept up and was very clean. There is a light rail station right out front that can take you to the mall of America, the airport and downtown if you so choose. They also have a shuttle. The hotel bar was also very nice. Good food and fast service. We will definitely be looking for other Hyatt Regency’s to stay at in our future travels!

The pool on the second floor only goes to 3 feet at its deepest. Not really an issue to change my mind on a hotel but I love to swim and that’s too shallow for a pool!

We loved that it was close to the Mall of America and the highway. It was only 10 minutes away from my husbands family were we were spending most of our time with for thanksgiving week. The pool was great not too cold. My baby woke up from his nap and was able to go in the pool without being in a shock cause it was too cold. Everything was great.

With a baby I wish our room could have been more closer to the entering/exiting doors as well parking. They had an event and we had to park far it was snowing a little and really cold. So on top of walking the parking lot to enter the hotel we had to walk to the 5th floor and to the other side of the hotel to our room. Could we have asked for a closer room and lower lever, yes we could have. Could they have seen oh they have a baby maybe they would be more comfortable and more convenient to be closer to the doors and lower level with a baby. Besides that everything was amazing, we even ended up extending our stay one extra day.

The staff was awesome. To call out one in particular was Mark. He assisted us throughout our stay. We were locked out of the room due to changing the locks and I must say maintenance, security, front desk staff and the lock guys you hired did everything they could and got is back in our room. After that, they made sure the door was functioning properly. Everyone we went past and chatted with had a smile on their faces and was very pleasant. Thank you for a restful and peaceful time.

Check in was excellent. The staff there was warm and welcoming. The room was oversized and very comfortable. It was nice and clean. The mirror in the bathroom was the best ever to put on make-up!! We were near the airport and did not hear any noise. The restaurant in the lobby was good and convenient. There is a mini mart in the lobby as well. Everything is very nice and new. The front is across from a park to walk your dog. The parking is outside and not very expensive per night. However, the food is a bit pricey. Close to The Mall of America and Airport with Shuttle service I believe, not used.

It would have been perfect if it had a free breakfast.

The bathrooms were really clean And beautiful in general. Housekeeping was very on time and considerate. The front desk associates were very sociable and willing to provide items such as bottled water, toothbrushes toothpaste and feminine hygiene products. The location is right next to the light rail as in, like, a 2 minute walk. The light rail will take you to downtown Minneapolis or to the Mall of America, which was super convenient as we had a competition at MOA. The fares for using the light rail were super cheap between two and four dollars depending on the time of day. I will say that the rooms did not Have their own individual microwave So you had to use the shared one in the ice room. Thankfully, the microwave was kept clean, but because the room was enclosed and publicly used for the microwave. It smelled a little weird in there. Breakfast was included in our reservation and was actually one of the best hotel breakfast I've had. They offered items on the menu such as benedict's omelette's pancakes breakfast bowls and more. These items were cooked as ordered and very delicious. The bar is well stocked with knowledgeable bartenders And the drinks were great.

Public microwave rather than individual microwave

Good location, easy access to light rail and mall of America. Took the Hyatt Regency shuttle from the airport to the hotel and it was quick and effortless. Clean and comfortable, nice restaurant (breakfast selection was very good and delicious). They held my bags for a few hours after I checked out while I was arranging my day. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I had a good experience with this hotel and would happily recommend it to others.

Pros: The staff was Very polite & Helpful. Very professional. The property inside/outside was very clean. The room itself was ok/clean except for one thing noted below. Beds/pillows are comfortable.

Cons: Parking is Not free. They do have a large parking area thou. The room size was small (2 queen beds, one chair and table.) Breakfast has a limited variety of food that is payable. Not a free breakfast included unless paid for in the reservation (which one still paid for in price of reservation). Only complaint of cleanliness is the fan vent in the bathroom needs to be dusted/cleaned. Price of stay was a tad high thou it is a tourist area so maybe that explains price.

The security measures made us feel very safe! Key usage for the doors/elevator is a great touch. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only note I would have is the lack of areas to dispose of garbage. We only had 1 can liner in our room, and no clear place to dispose of it once they were full. It was more trouble than i thought to find a trash can around our room on 5th floor.

The location of this hotel is very convenient if you're looking to easily get to Mall of America or the airport, the train station is just a short walk outside. I liked that they actually had cable TV available, I felt like a lot of other hotels only has Chromecast nowadays.

My bed was fitted with a torn linen, the tear wasn't big or anything, it was just surprising to see for this level of hotel

Location was perfect!! And having shuttle to the MOA is absolutely what we needed!! Room was extremely clean and every employee we encountered was friendly!! We saw employees cleaning constantly it was amazing to see!! Great job everyone it was definitely a very pleasant stay!!

The only thing I didn't care for was the air freshener that housekeeping uses smells like vanilla to me and that was a little overwhelming.. and I feel for as many rooms that are in the hotel , the pool was rather small.. but overall everything was still a 10plus
