I had no idea of any free breakfast. We purchased eggs, cereal, juice, almond milk, fruits, etc in a local supermarket and made breakfast daily in the well appointed kitchen. We were confused with the housekeeping schedule however the housekeepers were wonderful : friendly and extremely good workers in my opinion. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 14th floor which was good size and a good layout. Bathrooms were a good size with modern toilets and terrific showers. The master bedroom bathroom had a bathtub too. AC and WI-FI were excellent. We had a problem with our TV service which a friendly and very competent technician addressed for us. When I saw water leaking from the bottom freezer portion of our refrigerator, 2 very courteous and competent technicians ably fixed it for us. The property is well cared for and the location is excellent.

A better explanation of breakfast offerings and the housekeeping schedule would make sense in my opinion. Otherwise this is a well run and maintained property.

Excellent service, very family oriented, staff is super friendly; large multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 4; washer / dryer in room; pool is also very nice & well situated in sun; convenient walk to Orchard but expect to take MRT or taxi most of time to explore other parts of lovely Singapore.

Generally everything was great

Everything was comfortable and nice. Beds were good, toilets were nice, rainshower was very nice. Perhaps it would be nice to have a larger trash bin in the kitchen, but overall we had a lovely stay. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive. Parking was convenient and the access to orchard road through royal plaza on scotts was convenient.

Nothing to complain about.

Location and the size of the apartment

Pretty noisy/echoey, can hear people talking pretty loud. Tap fittings are loose. One of the windows doesn’t close tightly, gaps on the sides. Can hear sounds from outside and feel the warm air from outside.

Room was clean and roomy. The location was excellent for easy access to Orchard Road and the main shopping, Hotel and transport options. Having small kitchen with the ability to self-cater for breakfast was a real advantage for us.

The bathroom was very "compact" - strictly a one-person bathroom. We found this a little irritating. The air-conditioning system was very efficient but quite noisy.

The location was extremely the best ever as it is close to all activity and shopping center, also it is close to Ion MRT which connect you to all Singapore. I did not try the breakfast but I knew it is served to the room which makes it a super services for who comes for leisure.

Nothing to complain about,

Easy check in and departure, excellent location, very good overall. clean, as advertised.

Kitchen tap wobbly, nearly ran out of toilet paper, cupboard door near fridge wouldn't close, just minor maintenance issues.

Great location, the rooms were quiet without much disturbance. The unit was a good size for our family and well kept each day.

Breakfast menu was just okay.

The location is excellent and Ash the manager is really lovely. Front reception staff are helpful and responsive.

The staff! Very friendly, always made you feel welcome and the location is very good for orchard road. The apartment was comfortable and well cleaned every day. The pool area is also very nice. This is the 3rd serviced apartment that I have stayed in in Singapore and so far is the best - I shall be returning to this one on my next trip to Singapore.

The reason I didn't give full marks for facilities and value for money is actually no fault of 8 Claymore. The restaurant was closed for breakfast due to covid which is why I did not give full marks for facilities. The breakfast, which was included in our rate but we stopped after a few days, was delivered in brown paper bags and was not to our taste. However, as said, this is not a fault of 8 Claymore as they tried their best and it did not in any way take away our enjoyment of our holiday. This was just our personal taste.
