Beautiful location and alot of options for shopping and dinning.

The manager was very respectful and professional. The young lady who checked us in was not too pleasant. She made me feel like she didn't want to be there. My room was not so clean and my brother's room did not have a sleep sofa per my booking. I contacted the manager about our issue and he rectified my issue with my room with an exception that no one still came to clean the sleep sofa that had food on it and a bit of trash in the floor. I stayed there about 2 yrs ago when I was traveling back and forth when my mom was in the hospital and thought of this being a very nice hotel. Very clean, Great Customer Service and Very Accomodating. My brother was a bit upset that he couldn't use his military discount towards his stay though.

The staff was great- so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, you can walk to all kinds of restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was super clean and a great size.

The staff was so professional, helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. The young lady who worked at the front desk when I checked in on 3/19/22 was so pleasant. The gentleman who I assumed was maintenance was also very courteous. Thank you for Superior Customer Service.

I was talking to the young lady at the front desk about extending my stay when a young lady whom I assumed worked here but was off duty was standing in line behind me made a comment " I got you go " and walked off. I assumed that she worked here because she acknowledged the young lady who I was talking to. Even if she was off duty, I am a customer. She lacked manners and patience. My overall experience with my stay here still gets a A+ inspite of the other young lady with her rudeness.

Location was close to the event we attended. Liked that they were updating the hotel.

Didn’t have a free breakfast. At the price we paid, you’d think they’d have that.

Hotel is clean and front desk staff were very friendly. Bar was convenient and snacks were good. Breakfast was offered too at a cost. Would definitely stay here again

The room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable.

I paid $25 to have breakfast included in my rate. There were few breakfast options and I had to pay extra if I wanted a Starbucks specialty tea or coffee. I won’t make that mistake again.

the man that worked the day of check out was kind of rude and was talking about the staff that checked us in stating she needs to be retrained and that was really in professional. I also went to the workout area and this same man was like can I help I with something almost as if he was watching me thinking I was doing something wrong, he was pretty creepy

The restaurant’s food was excellent and delicious. The staff was very pleasant and professional. I enjoyed the two day stay.

Everything staff was friendly and greeted while coming in. The room was clean and the facility was clean

I like the comfort and placement of the bed, the ease of checking in and the end of the hall where my room was., close to an exit.

Not the hotels fault, (per say) but the fact that there was some sort of team sport be hosted in the area and there was far too many young children in the area, when I was there to relax. Late night voices in the hall outside my room and in the room above me(children running and jumping).
