The room was perfect.

I absolutely did NOT like the fact that the customer service rep. Told me that my receipt didn't have the taxes added on it it only showed the amount before taxes and somehow my non working debit card showed as a payment on my receipt?! I feel like either booking.com leaked my personal data or red roof inn did because someone did. My receipt showed payment for that wasn't even used to pay.

I've stayed there several times as I travel through Knoxville... always an easy, pleasant, comfortable stay... much better attention and service than other chains that often charge $50-$$70 more a night. I know this because I travel for business almost weakly. I'm a Red Roof Inn (and specifically Knoxville Central Papermill location) customer for the unforeseeable future. Love it. Mean it.

Thank you for not sneaking into my room and sucking on my toes. That is a game-changer. Y'all in the hotel business know what I mean. Holy crap... that was weird...

I liked That? It was peaceful. The person up front was funny and nice. I stay 2 nights, one in a smoking 1 and non-smoking. Even if you're a smoker, you can go without it. Stay as noon smoking area. It's so much nicer. But everything was great. I wish you had complimentary breakfast, but it don't, but it's okay.

The cook machine does not take card only cash. And that is great.

Location

Long and narrow hotel with a similar style La Quinta built right next to it. So close that we had to keep the curtain closed for privacy. Looks like they used to have a continental style breakfast but no longer do. They do have coffee in the lobby.

The front desk Was courteous they kept me informed on what I did not know about the facility by being mine and my wife's first time there. The evening shift manager at the front desk was outstanding.

I didn't like that there wasn't any type of continental breakfast that you can choose from for the price that you were paying you should be able to offer some type of continental breakfast for your hotel

New rooms were newly remodeled from the last time I was there like the shower

The checking clerk did not get out of his chair he just rolled around didn't seem like wanted to be there

The room was remodeled and very clean. They let us check in early.

They didn't have a real breakfast. All they had was cereal and juice, so I had to go without breakfast.

There was no breakfast, however they’re very helpful, attentive, even being so short handed they were very on point and not 1 person was unprofessional in anyway. I felt safe, the vending areas were nice and clean the waiting area was clean and had fresh coffee. House keeping DIDNT moan and grown when we asked for extra towels, or clean sheets. Like literally everyone especially for new years was super nice. It was quiet no drama

The only thing about the room was no table to eat at and only the desk chair to sit in besides the bed.

This location is good for overnight stays. Great location. Friendly staff. Great beds. Great price.

I did not like that it advertises continental breakfast but you get there and all they serve is coffee. You even have it on signs in the room. False! The bathroom in room 200 looked half clean. Maybe because of age.
