It was our first time with my family in Rhodes, but couldn´t choose better resort to stay in!! The area was very nice, not too big and very family friendly. Everything was perfect - very welcome, helpful and friendly staff - especially my friends at the pool bar - Sakis and Pawlos (I hope I didnt misspelled their names - if so I apologize guys.. :-)) I very much enjoyed the cocktails these guys were making. You all were just great! We had 2 rooms next to each other with nice pool view and literally at the doorstep to the pool area. Also - the food was absolutely fantastic - lot of choices and great desserts!! I would definitely recommend this lovely resort to stay in Rhodes :-)

Everything was just great!

very nice stay and welcome, the lady from the reception sent us straight to dinner so that we could eat before we checked in. We were given cold towels to dry off - a great option after the trip, gifts for children - we have never seen this anywhere good and varied food, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, very nice service, the hotel is clean and there is something for everyone - for families with children (we got a room in a quiet part, which was a great option for us) for couples etc. We highly recommend it, despite the all-inclusive option, there were no wild madness, drunk people, etc.

although the bed was large, the mattress was uncomfortable and a bit worn out. the only downside option.

The hotel is a pretty building with an easy layout to find your way around. It is in excellent condition and is being well maintained. All areas are very clean (rooms, corridors, restaurant, pool area). Great breakfast. Friendliest staff I have ever met and very helpful. Nice pool area. Nice indoor/outdoor bar seating area at the front. Pool bar area with snacks in case you missed lunch. Little shop on the premises to buy sunscreen and toiletries if needed. Greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. The resort is in the middle of the island and in easy driving distance of attractive towns, beaches and inland hiking trails.

Parking space is a bit tight and parking lot is full when you come back late afternoon/evening from a daytrip. The restaurant where the meals were served was a bit impersonal and not really inviting to sit after finishing your meal. You could hang out in the indoor/outdoor bar area though. The alcohol included in the all-inclusive package were local brands which I wasn't too wild about. An upgrade to a premium all-inclusive package is worth it IMO.

Greek people are mostly very friendly and accomodating, but the team on this hotel were even above that! I arrived late and checked in at 9 pm. the receptionist told me to just go eat before we do all the paperwork, so i don't miss dinner. The entertainment at the bar (live show/ singer / etc) were very fun, and everything was organized, clean and comfortable. bus station close by to go to rodos or lindos or other places for only 4 euros.

The beach is not that close. I ended up not going to the beach cause i didn't even see it from the hotel, and didn't feel like walking down the street between 2 other hotels. it might have been close by, but not "on the beach" like for some reason i thought it was. might be 100% my wrong expectations / fault.

The room was comfortable and to a high standard. The staff were friendly & helpful. Our children loved the children's disco.

I think the bottle of water in the room could be replaced each day. The room became a little musty due to no fan in the bathrooms to take away moisture from the shower. The lights in the bathroom didn't switch off - maintenance fixed this. Then the lights in the other bathroom wouldn't switch on! I think there could have been more activities during the day for the children at Kids Club.

Everything was so easy at the hotel. From the start the staff were on hand to help and ensure we had the best stay possible. We accidentally forgot my daughters pushchair, but not a problem.. they had one we could borrow! The evening entertainment was varied and there was even a ‘mini disco for the kids which was lovely.

The drink selection for the all inclusive wasn’t as varied as I’d had hoped. I would prefer some nicer wine selections instead of the boxed wines available.. the sparkling wine was too sweet for my liking also.

Having booked a budget self catering apartment for our vacation we decided to splash out as it was my partners birthday so I decided on this hotel based on the reviews. The service and hotel did not disappoint and with a quick message ahead mentioning my partners birthday they organised a cake, fresh fruit platter and a bottle of wine to be delivered to the room upon arrival. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to the swim up room which made our stay amazing from start to finish. The all inclusive has a great drink selection and the food was plenty, with a variety of choices for all tastes and the pool bar offering grab and go items throughout the day. The lady on reception was extremely friendly and we really appreciated every thing they did for us during our short but amazing stay. Thank you More

Everything about this hotel was great. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The food had different freshly prepared choices, at all meal times (breakfast/lunch/dinner). Everywhere in the hotel was immaculately clean, including around the pool area. The staff were both friendly and very attentive. The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, thoughtful and supportive. Especially Panormitis(apologies if wrongly spelt)- he went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxed as possible, he is trully what makes this hotel so special. We travelled during a grieving time but hotel was so understandable and helped us to feel as best as possible. The food selection here is fantastic, we stayed for a week and every night had a different selection, all good quality salad , bread and vegetables. Staff were friendly and very organised, the restaurant manager personaly greeted everyone and where well overseeing to ensure kitchen operates efficiently, there were never empty plates left on tables for too long or food run out before it got topped up again. The hotel should be very proud of their staff, without them we would not have enjoyed our holiday as much as we did. Thank you

All the staff is very helpful and friendly (would rate them to 10), nice and clean rooms and facilities, a big pool with some natural shade and sun beds. A very good breakfast and a great salad bar with lunch and dinner. Possibilities for little hikes in the surrounding hills.

The rental cars were of poor reliability, we had to change the car twice. The kids club was not available during the first week and it was a surprise for us that parents were expected to be at sight all the time.
