I like the Kiteville hotel. It's clean and affordable. The manager is very helpful and nice.

It's a little confusing on how to pay for the room and the charges that apply aren't conventional. If they could simplify it so everyone could understand how it works it would be a great plus. Also add breakfast to their patrons for their stay.

Leaving so soon

I am here in town with my young daughter working and have currently been here two months so far. It is in a convenient location, close to a variety of restaurants and the highway. There is a Walmart, Target, and Even More restaurants and shopping within 2 miles. The area definitely has a mix of personalities, but it is safe, clean, and the staff is Amazing. No need to keep up with a card key; I usually lose a few....There are quite a few other hotels in the area, but the rooms and staff aren't as nice than they are here. There's even a private bus that picks kids up for school; and it's animal friendly

I did not like the fact that the beds are so comfortable they make you forget your responsibilities. Add some black out curtains and it's a rap..zzzzz...

The very professional staff. EMO went above and beyond to deliver far exceeding my expectations from the start. No hassle. They were definitely patient and very accommodating to all my princess like necessities that were most important to the comfort of my stay… and with a smile and even jokes they not once hesitated to meet each and every single request of mine and did so extremely professional and above satisfactory with everything they delivered. Thank you EMO and Staff!! I truly felt like I was welcomed as if it were my permanent home, and appreciate the extra effort that made my stay great, when I’m currently experiencing very difficult life challenges at this time. Cheap rates. Easy access to lobby and room once figured out how it works

First time booking a virtual hotel. Did the booking in a hurry trying to get on the road to make it in time for an emergency surgery mom was having. Did not see emails or text about check in. Called phone listed only got voice mail saying to expect a call back that I never got. Once I did arrive had a hard time at 5pm trying to find staff to help me with check in was very difficult. Once a guyvshowed up he was very rude. The mattress in my room was worn and uncomfortable. Left a day early no one around to get a refund or anything.

No breakfast is available. Close to bus line. Nearby fast food. Good water pressure in shower. Elevator works, Bathroom clean,

Hallways need carpets scrubbed clean. Bad smells (cigarettes, etc.) in some hallway locations. Bar next door with street types hanging out and smoking. People slamming doors during quiet hours (9pm - 7am). Washing machine broken. People sometimes partying at the picnic table in back, playing rap music and talking loud.

I really like the staff at Kiteville. They are always kind and helpful. It's like a little family away from your family. It's a delightfully warm and relaxing place ro stay. It also has a great location because of the number of options for food and drinks. It's just on the edge of town so ya don't have to be bothered by all the traffic of downtown. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Room was quiet for the most part. Some noise from loud rude neighbors. Late comers loud in the halls after midnight. (Drunk?)

Hall rugs need deep cleaning, Broken washer. Bad skunk smell in some locations. Smoke smell in halls. Some residents just don't care about the rules or cleanliness.

Nice people to deal with. The manager was very on point and very helpful in the time of need. Also very good with kids. My daughter really enjoyed talking to him . Made us feel comfortable and safe. Knowing that she could walk around safely. Keep up the great work.. staff at night and maintenance is great.

There could be a little more to do because they have so much space. The pool and gym needs to be up and running. A dining area. Maybe a game room would be awesome.

The manager was very nice,there is a small swing set and a grass area that my daughter enjoyed ! The room we are in is very clean and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.i will definitely stay here again.the best thing is how kid friendly kiteville is .

If I had to nit pick the internet on the 3ed floor is alittle spotty sometimes but over all its a wonderful place to stay !!
