A pleasant overnight stay on my way to Brisbane. Very friendly staff!

Wifi did not work at all. I had to tether off my phone the whole time. The windows in my room were not glazed so anyone could see in which meant lack of privacy. I had to have the blinds closed the whole time.

It was a family room, with facilities and supplies for 4 people. It had a mini kitchen (which I didn't need), toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery, iron and ironing board,. Parking was right at the door, and the room was on the ground floor as requested. The bed was quite comfortable.

The motel is showing its age and needs repairs. There were two tiles loose in the shower floor. The managers are very poor at communicating- my SMSs regarding possible late arrival went unanswered as did my first phonecall. The second call from a town nearer Dubbo was answered satisfactorily. Their decision to close the office at 7:30pm makes it challenging for some travellers.

the room was large with plenty of room to move around, everything that was needed was supplied. may not be the Ritz but good value for money.

The only thing I can fault, was the room was far over scented, not sure if it was air freshener, or a cleaning product, but very overpowering.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable a great nights sleep after a long journey, bathroom great hot water, great shower, the room size was ok, there was a chopping board and bowls which surprised us, normally you don't see these items. TV was very clear. The bed side light was excellent I was able to read my book. Staff at check in friendly. Would definitely return if we are in the area again. We were very surprised how good the room was, the colours were perfect nice and light, a quiet location.

A sponge would of come in handy to wipe the table and bench down after use.

The room was wonderful value for money. It was clean, comfortable, secure and had everything one needed. Air conditioning, microwave etc were all excellent.

A suggestion...opening the doors and windows during the day would freshen the air.

We had our own meal. Location is near fast food restaurants like KFC which is ideal for visitors. Plenty of space for parking which is great. After checking out, you continued to show care and assistance. Next tike l will definitely pay another visit or recommend to others to your motel.

Charging ports or USB's for phones were not available.

I travel all over Australia for business I came to dubbo and booked a few nights at the Atlas Motel Dubbo. I was greeted by a Friendly staff member and in literally 1 minute (completely hassle free!!) I had my room key. The room was much bigger than I assumed considering the price. The room was clean the bed was comfortable! After 3 nights i went to another hotel for a few night and then another but I have just come back to Atlas as its much better and somehow cheaper.... I will be staying at the Atlas Motel everytime I come to dubbo

I like that there was stuff to clean and dry the dishes it was clean except the dishes and plenty of tea and coffee and even biscuits

I didn't like that the letter about the water contamination being inside the information book it should of been out in clear view to be seen people could get very ill because they have not seen it not good.Coffee cups and dishes not clean had to clean myself. No electric blankets I thought it is cold at night in the area .

This was my first stay at Atlas and I found it extremely comfortable overall, especially the bed.

The only issue was that the fridge was too cold and my food froze overnight - but that was also my lookout.

The rest of the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Staff were very friendly on arrival. The size of the room was great. I had my 4 children with me, and we had plenty of space.

The hot and cold water tap in the shower were broken and the shower had not been cleaned (there was empty soap packets on the floor). The reverse cycle in the room was not heating the room up. It may need a clean or something?
