This was a really nice, comfortable stay. I really appreciated the 'kickback' meal that was complementary at dinner time. We were driving back from Galveston and after already being in the car for 10 hours the last thing I wanted to do was find dinner so to walk into that was an extremely pleasant surprise. The pool was super clean and just the right temperature. The breakfast was really good too. I'm so impressed with this company we'll probably only use these hotels from now on.

Something was up with our air-conditioner. It was really really loud when it would cycle on and off. It was working overtime because it was 97° outside and could have used a break. Other than that, the beds were almost too soft. My kids liked them but my preference is something firmer.

It was one of the best hotels that i have stayed at during my whole vacation, including the state of Mississippi and Pensacola, Florida. There was a great dinner cooked, not instant! and breakfast that morning. and at dinner was offered 3 alcoholic beverages, which was well needed! The pool was great for my girls to swim in while i liked the hot tub better. It also had a place where i could go to check my emails on their computer, with a printer. We will definitely be back!

The only problem was that the bed was a bit soft, too soft for me but everyone else was fine. The dinner was over at 7pm and which was a bit early since we arrived a little later than check in, so we were a bit rushed, but still got to take our food to our room to eat for later and the kids ate in the cafeteria.

The breakfast was pretty standard for motels, with a pleasing variety of options. The coffee was very good.

The "Whipped Spread" was dreadful! I won't use anything in lieu of butter that's "48% vegetable oil" and mostly water. I also don't care for using maple flavored sugar water as a substitute for maple syrup. No bacon? - it isn't breakfast.

Included dinner, drinks, breakfast, and all the amenities are always a super perk of staying at a Drury, this time around was a trip planned by my wife for my birthday, and the room was decorated and I was even given a card and small gift. Always will choose a Drury over any other hotel! Service is always A+ as well, all staff is super friendly and helpful, never felt disrespected and any and all questions were answered with no hesitation and a smile on their face!

My only complaint about the whole facility is the pool area was slightly small so it's difficult to have much privacy from other guests, there is also no bathroom in the pool area and you have to walk a decent bit to get to the restrooms (which could have possibly prevented the next problem), and after we arrived back from dinner, the pool and hot tub were closed because of a guests child having an accident (not the property's fault at all, and fully understand closing to clean properly) but that was a bummer because we planned to stay at a Drury for the extras, and it is one of the only properties in Bluff with a hot tub.

We decided to stop after 8 hours of driving and was much surprised when the clerk said supper will be ready in 30 minutes and gave us each 3 drink tickets at the bar. The food was excellent and many choices. The same way with breakfast the next morning. It was great. That saved us time and money. Will stay at a Drury Inn if available when we travel. It was very roomy and clean.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast choices were vast.

The fridge in our room made a high pitched sound. We drowned it out with a pillow and sleep music playing from a phone, so it wasn't a deal breaker. We possibly could have asked for another room, but didn't want to go to the trouble. I'm sure this is not usual for all of the rooms, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice property. Has large rooms and very friendly and helpful staff

As a handicapped person, I would like to see handicap parking by the front entrance for easy accessibly. In fact, we never saw any handicap parking and had no choice but to take up several regular parking spaces.

Included "Happy hour"- ( 1 1/2hr ) was appreciated plus the "bonus" light "dinner" was great.!!Breakfast was more than expected. Room was great and staff was AWESOME & FRIENDLY . WILL stay at any Drury again if at all close to where I'm going.

No complaints at all

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I have stayed in. The pool and hot tub were fairly nice as well. The hotel is up to date and does not feel old. The room had plenty of outlet space as well. The 5:30 kickback and free breakfast also were really nice. All of it was included in the stay. The food was served on an actual plate with actual silverware and was warm.

My special request for a top floor room was not followed. I was given a bottom floor room, which was not at all what I wanted. Don't waste time on filling out the special request box, it does no good.

The management and staff at Drury Inn are a group of awesome people. The bar/food tenders for the weekend kickback are amazing! Really have their act together. The room caretakers keep it clean and are very helpful. I'm glad to see there are still hotels with employees like these.
