The staff at this hotel are so professional and kind. My husband collapsed and was rushed to Marsala hospital with a head injury and an inflamed intestine. I was beside myself with worry. The young people at reception found me a taxi driver to pick me up from the hospital after a night asleep on a wheelchair in A & E, put me into a lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the old town and the staff were so sweet and attentive to me when I was on my own at breakfast that I will be eternally grateful to them. Their English was perfect as was their patience. Their frequent refrain was " We are here for you". And they were. Thank you so very much.

Location is literally right behind the main square. Easy walk to all the main sites. Staff were friendly and accessible throughout my stay. Although I didn't need it, breakfast did cater for coeliac requirements - just ask the staff. Bed was comfortable. I had a small balcony which was lovely.

Air con was a bit twitchy on the second day of my stay, but my room stayed cool. There is a school at one side of the building (the opposite side from the main entrance), which was a bit loud on the third morning while the kids waited for class, but it wasn't too bad. The shower was a little small, but it had a power spray attachment that made up for it.

Super friendly and helpful receptionist - I did not get her name, but she spoke excellent English too. The room was really, really comfortable, with good air conditioning, very comfortable furnishings (pillows, duvet etc) and had a bonus walkway with a partial view of the main square.

It's a bit dated in design, functional, but dated. The breakfast could have been of a higher quality in the juice and yoghurt selection, but the cheeses were good.

I saw some really poor reviews for this hotel but I really liked it. It is slam in the middle of the Marsala pedestrian area and my room had a stunning view of the Chiesa Madre. By that, I mean that the window opened straight on to it. It is all reconstructed thanks to Allied bombing in May '44. Marsala has a genuine feel to it; not a tourist town at all. This is 5 mins from the archaeological park of Lilybaeum where you can see the Punic Ship. And there is a bus to Mozia as well.

They do need to do something about the lighting in the rooms. And skip breakfast : there are so many other options nearby. I recommend spremuta of orange and pomegranate in the square or coffee and a pasta at Caffe Communale.

Right in the centre of town across from main square. The room we were allocated was obviously an unexpected upgrade as it was amazing. Huge outside patio looking straight at the church with chairs. The bathroom was excellent and bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. I think it helped we were outside peak tourist season but hotel looked after us very well.

Nothing stands out.

Room was nice and welcoming. Staff was kind and helped always. The breakfast was with multiple options to choose, but it could be little bit more interesting (it should change a little bit, because every day was the same). But overall I suggest it.

Internet speed was slow and sometimes unreliable.

The breakfast was a good Sicilian hotel breakfast: hard-boiled eggs, pastry, all sorts of bread, jams, scrambled egg, pancakes, yoghourt, fresh juices etcetera. The beds were also good. There was a good shower and there were lots of towels. I liked the interior of the hotel. It was done in red marble.

I can't think of anything that could be better.

The hotel is just few steps from the Cathedral, which is the city centre of Marsala All services were good, cleaninliness, excellent breakfast, laundry services, availability of employees Room 402 was very nice, with a large terrace on the roof of the hotel, from which I could see the Cathedral and the square few meters below

The breakfast was more than enough. You can choose from a variety of food. Even though the check in time is kind of late, the staff let us store our bags earlier.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Walking distance everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast for 8 Euros.
