Staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable.

There were some inconveniences but two ladies from the staff were very professional and fixed everything. Unfortunately I don´t know their names. One of them is responsible for the breakfast and the other is a tall blond receptionist. Both are lovely. Because of them I value this property as 10.

Friendly and very helpful staff room was nice and clean although with a temp of 28° air conditioning would have been nice, but on the plus side you do get a fan and the room does have an electronic safe. Breakfast was a little overpriced but adequate

One of the pillows didn’t have a pilllow case, kitchen a bit small but workable. Not dealbreakers, just would have loved a bit more space.

good size room , clean , fridge and kitchenette, good location near tramway and great location if you are going to a rugby game as near the ASM rugby stadium

no staff when i arrived. i had to phone the emergency number and a lady who answered was far from clermont and wasn't that nice. Poor Polish man who couldn't speak French or English couldn't get what he wanted as there was no staff

Location great, stadium nearby, many restaurants (not open for breakfast) nearby.

No toaster, basin plug leaking, basin waste partially blocked. Car vandalised overnight whilst parked in side street, the rear side window was smashed.

Easy to find, great location for the tram in to the centre and on street parking right outside if only staying for the night. Clean comfortable accommodation and a handy little kitchenette.

Breakfast charges are a ludicrous €16 each, so take your own!!

Very nice apparthotel , next to the rugby stadium. Clean and convenient. The staffs are always kind and helpful, and as an apparthotel, check in time is quite flexible with their self check in sysrem. It has a small kitchen, dishes and cups, kettle, pots,quite well equipped for short stay. The bathroom is also clean and well equipped. There is a hairdryer. Wifi is free and working fine. There is a tram stop in front of appartment to go to city center.

There used to be a proper desk in a room but now there is only round table and no desk. For many people maybe it is better to have a small round table to dine on, but I prefer to have a desk (as I work long hour with PC and document). (Although you can work on this round table,the width is insufficient for PC & documents)

Totally uncomplicated, clean and functional. Lovely receptionist.

Location central but not in old town, although lots of attractions nearby - Michelin museum, stadium etc

The studio is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is very convenient. There is a parking on the building and breakfast if you want it.

The hotel is a bit far from city center.

Nice quiet , clean apparment. Everything you need for a couple of days. Friendly staff. Free tram service on a weekend. Secure parking and a safe cheap parking location near the tram stop.

Was unlucky to hit a 32c heat wave in May. Fan proved but aircon would be a bonus.
