Stunning grounds and beach with multiple pools and areas to do things or relax. Really enjoyed the restaurants and lounges as well as the gym. Absolutely beautiful views and the gardens are worth exploring every day.

If you stay at the “back resort” instead of the water front building, you are not offered any amenities including the promised welcome package (was very much needing the sunscreen package), late check out, and isn’t alcohol allowed in the back pool.

Location and views were great. Close to every thing. Staff friendliness and helpfulness amazing.

Food at Lavas- especially breakfast. Omelets and potatoes were like cafeteria food. Room service food was cold and expensive.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, which was amazing. Detergent was provided. There was a small kitchen with a stove, with silverware. A coffee pot. A few cool activities were available at the resort. The staff was very helpful and nice. Free parking was great.

All the equipment costs money to rent. The foodd was extremely expensive at the restaurant. The storage in the room was limited.

Beautiful property that's well taken care of. Incredible location with the best beach in Poipu and a great pool and hot tub. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. My room was spacious, very clean, well appointed and had every amenity I could need. I was particularly impressed because I had to check out at 10:00 a.m. and my flight was at 11:00 p.m. they let me use all of the hotel amenities during the day, held on to all of my luggage and gave me access to a courtesy room to take a shower and get cleaned up before my flight. Additionally every day they have a bunch of really fun activities planned that you can choose from. I took a morning yoga class, lei making, hula dancing and learned how to play some ukulele.

The first room I was brought to had a very strong odor of perfume and I followed up and found out that an odor cleaner had been used. I wish that I hadn't been put in that room because it was late at night and I had to move to another room. However, they gave me a great other room with a view and everything was smooth from there.

It was so comfortable, it had everything we could have needed for our stay in the villas including a washing matching and well stocked kitchen for us to cook some simple meals. It was in such a beautiful location, close to Poipu beach, the shops and a convenient drive to landmarks. We had an early morning greeting with one of the monk seals - so very special! The best sunset views to sit and near one of the many fire pits.

Close to the beach. Beach was super nice and sandy, not rocky. Free activities. Generous with towels.

1. No late check out option. 2. The hotel had chosen condiments for the coffee that were packed as a set of sugar, sweetener, cream, napkins and stir sticks. I brought my own sweetener. To use the sticks I had to open the set, which immediately rendered the rest of the condiments in it unusable. That contributes to the pollution of our planet. 3. It was as luxurious as I thought it would be for more than $500 a night. 4. I wanted to have a massage but I didn’t see a spa in the hotel.

Everything about this resort was amazing. From the first moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are above and beyond, and the location is simply paradise !

The only suggestion i would make is to have a little more onsite entertainment in the evenings. The Lu'au was amazing, but evening times having some music at Lava bar would be great..

The Westin Resort at Princeville was a dream! We found the location excellent as there were so many great things we did while we were on the North Coast of Kauai. My husband and I were able to relax by the pool one afternoon and it was so peaceful; we appreciated the 'quiet" pool and the calm atmosphere. The room was great and having a washer and dryer was super helpful. If you plan to explore what the north coast of Kauai has to offer I would 100% recommend staying here.

The Westin never disappoints! I am pleased we were able to stay here. I will come back again!

The Sheraton Villas are located across the street from the Sheraton which is actually located on Poipu Beach but you have access to the pool, beach and all facilities . Our room was very nice and overlooked the pool. The room had a full kitchen and washer and dryer which came in very handy. The room was clean and nicely furnished and everything worked as it should. Self parking was in a lot next door or on the street near the hotel which wasn't a big problem. We had dinner at the Lava's restaurant one night and it was fine and also watched the luau from the restaurant / bar a couple of nights. The staff we encountered at the hotel, bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. There are also some restaurants and shopping areas located a few minutes drive from the hotel. Overall a nice place to stay in the Poipu area.

I know it's Hawaii but the price was pretty expensive ( $700 / night) but not quite as bad as other hotels in the Poipu area which seems to be the best side of the island to stay for tourists.

Check-in process was easy, staff was friendly, parking was easy, and the facilities were all clean. Some reviews mention having to walk across the street from the villas to the main pool, but this is about a two minute walk and was not an issue for us at all. There is a smaller, quieter pool in the villas, but no hot tub. Lava's was great for food and drinks. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We have no complaints.
