The villa was nice and big. The front desk was nice and helpful.

When we first got there everything was open. A hour in to our visit. They closed the slides. And there was one life gaurd with long brown hair and glasses that you can tell should of been at her post but was coming in and out of the water park room . Then came in and started to try and play music. Two hours later she came and opened one slide and was yelling at the kids and instead of watching them she was hiding on top of the slide texting. And the man in the snack bar needed more help he was very nice but was too busy for one person.

This was my first visit to this property and we loved the kitchenette area of our room! It was stocked with everything from dishes and bakeware to oven mitts and dishwasher pods, which made for ease of meals for our stay. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The arcade was small but fun for our children. And the staff was very friendly.

The downside is the location of the property is far out into the countryside, I came from out of state so it just felt like such a long drive further out with not much near. The waterpark fun, but geared more toward children under 10 or so. Nonetheless fun was had and we enjoyed ourselves. We hope to return during the warmer months to experience the whole resort.

Mini golf, pools and hot tub

Waterpark was overcrowded and that was the only place that staff was rude…they seemed overwhelmed and overstimulated. That was the only part we were disappointed in. Also my daughter was on the line right at 48 inches and they said nope can’t do slides have to be over 48 inches. She was really upset. Super strict about that but then lazy river had so many people in it not on tubes that you couldn’t even move so wasn’t enjoyable and wouldn’t give refund when made a complaint. We only stayed an hour and spend over $80.

It was a great stay for my family. My children enjoyed the pool. Everything was close enough to enjoy and have fun with nice people around. The rooms was nice and clean and very spacious. The front desk was nice and polite as well.

I didn't like that the park was really small, I feel like it could have been bigger and more things to do for the young kids. I didn't like but understand that the indoor water park was an extra charge. We just felt that we needed to stay longer for the money that was paid to get in.

Staff is very helpful & accomidating. The location & the whole resort is easy to locate & to explore. I really love that this is a family oriented kind of resort .Lots of activities to do.. clean & relaxing area with hiking trails.

The sound of the water refilling fthe toilet from the other room or units is so loud .My sleep was interrupted .

One of the best stays in our trip. If you have kids and a big family, this is the place for you. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to make a good meal. The decorations were also really cool too. Very country/midwestern. Movies at night for the kids, swimming pools, golf. The staff were very nice as well.

That it's a three story villa and I wish there was a way to tell my upstairs to walk quietly. They were so loud and it sounded like kids were running up and down the rooms. Very annoying. Pro Tip, get the 3rd floor. Yes, you might have to walk up the stairs (we didn't see an elevator) but at least you won't have to worry about the noise.

Lots of activities to do on the property. Very friendly staff. Pretty quiet. State parks and a town to shop in 15 minutes but secluded enough to be a beautiful view. Power flickered a couple time but immediately came back on. Overall it was awesome. Kids enjoyed the waterpark. 2 pools on property although one was closed for a pump problem.

Very thin pillows. Not enough pool towels for the whole stay had to do laundry which wasn't convenient on a 4 day trip. Property was cashless. Didn't like having to swipe my card for a $1 drink.

I like that everything was in the facility and that was closed in. I liked the staff was welcoming and the rooms were nice!

So when we first arrived I had to clean off the tables and wipe off the counters sweep the floor because there was a bunch of crumbs in there plus the table was sticky Then I had to drive out of the way to go get some food I thought there would have been food there for purchase but there's not. Besides those two things it was really nice except the beds you can tell its brand new but it just was not as comfortable as I was hoping

I liked the room with the kitchen.

We could have used one more pillow per bed. The elevator wasn't working properly. I was shocked that the receptionists in activities and registration did not have chairs. I thought that was not only cruel, but counterproductive with regards to their health and medical concerns. Your receptionists need chairs.

Large room with kitchen and big bathroom.

Very noisy. I could hear the people running around on the 2nd floor and then woken at 130 in the morning by people wandering down the hall and listening to the doors slam. AC in our room also sounded like it was "dripping" somewhere behind the wall. ? Future mold problem ?
