Manor house is a separate building to Veba Hotel. It is literally 2 minutes walk. Our room (no 3) has a balcony and situated to the quiet side - no traffic noise from streets. There is a big fridge available for all guests in the house but not in a room - it was absolutely ok. Bathroom is spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast is ok, not great but absolutely sufficient. The pool is awesome. I love the fact that the number of people is limited and you can enjoy the time there in full. It is clean and so convenient after a day of hiking or biking. Well done there.

I am a coffee person. I need a good espresso in the morning. But in general to find a good espresso in that region was a slight problem:)) the staff is very nice but good be organized better during dinner times - one waiter to serve you during your stay is always better. This is just a personal reflection/ preference.

The location is very nice with its own garden and in a old Villa that gave the feeling of still being in the First Republic times of Czech Republic. The wellness center, located across the street and reachable through the pedestrian bridge, is really nice with a very spacious and clean swimming pool.

Very comfortable conference style stay. Clearly well managed.

Rooms in the manor house are not very well sound insulated. We could hear the screaming baby in the neighboring room. Breakfast felt lacking honestly.

Breakfast were okay, location and place was really convenient, especially for travelling around. Just a tip, the reception is further from hotel, and the arrival can be latest 21:00 - recommending do not miss that:)

Great hotel, connected to the main hotel by bridge which is very comfortable, yet feels way more quiet and private than the larger hotel.

Rooms are clean with big bathroom

Not clear how to get to parking spot. Checking is far away from actual hotel place, no indication or recommendation how to get there. Sauna is not included and it doesn’t seem to be clear in booking and costs enormous amount of money. Breakfast is poor, personal doesn’t speak anything apart Czech. Overpriced place.

The pool and the jacuzzi at the Wellness center were great. The room was overall clean and the bathroom was nice.

The photos don't accurately depict neither the rooms nor the common areas of Manor House. Manor House is part of a larger complex, so the reception, restaurant and wellness center are a few hundred meters away from Manor House. According to the photos, there's should be an additional cafe at Manor House, but the place was empty. The room was bare, it lacked any pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. Again, the photos were slightly deceiving in that regard. It was okay for a short-term stay but overall I don't feel I got my money's worth. The breakfast was advertised as "fabulous", but I would describe it as average. Limited choice and just mostly bland food.

The toilet was too high, if my wife had been with me she would not have been able to use it, she has arthritis, also she would not be able to reach the towels. Otherwise it was all good.
