Clean. Lovely staff. Great breakfasts (but a few too many unnecessary ingredients, like flowers and picked onion on the avocado & toast). Feels relatively new, but it’s smaller than it looks online.

Location. It’s a 5 star feel hotel in a 2 star area. Limited choice at the restaurants on the marina if you have any dietary restrictions and that it for your choice of places to eat, unless you dine in the expensive onsite restaurants. The marina is very “Brits Abroad” and caters pretty much for the British crowds… the “tapas” consists of chicken fingers and fries in many places. We took a cab to Ciutadella for 2 days in a row just for something to do and for some decent places to eat.

The staff was very kind and the resort has a very good design with a beautiful environment. Loved the pool area and that the resort is adult only, so we actually got to use the pools, unlike at other hotels. The food was good in the restaurants, although we had to wait a lot for food each time, and one time they also forgot to bring our our order. I felt it was a bit overpriced, but for a holiday its okay.

My only problem was with the Wifi, which should have been a lot better for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. It was a public wifi where you had to sign in and the signal was often very bad. Other than that everything was great and the staff was very helpful with everything. Breakfast food was delicious and well made however I didnt like that we had order bread/coffee separately everytime. Would have been just easier to put it out so we can grab for ourselves. ☺ I was also missing the vegetables from the breakfast, but other than that they had plenty of everything.

My mother and I stayed for 5 nights at the Suites Del Lago Hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and loved the aesthetic and design. We stayed in a room with a private pool - the pool was colder than the main pool but was calming sitting on the balcony/terrace. The service has a whole was impeccable and outstanding - anything we needed the team assisted. For example our room was facing the main bar and we wanted somewhere quieter - the team moved us to another suitable room - without hesitation. We had breakfast only and it tasted amazing - from their hot breakfast to their fruit and pastries and selection of jams there was a lovely variety to choose from. For dinner and lunch - there was a nice selection of restaurants on the marina which was near to the hotel to eat. The only downside - found there was not much selections for vegetarians (except La Fontana - they had a veggie menu!) But still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! I would like to personally thank Pedro (Reception) Genny (Breakfast) and Diego (Kaypa) for their service and making our stay that more special. You will not be disappointed staying at this hotel.

The staff were all warm and welcoming; a very friendly environment. Gimena, Genny, Nico, Lourdes, Samuel, Ana, Rosa, Davinia, Magda and Maya in the “foc” restaurant looked after us superbly. The room was fantastic; lovely size with a little garden area overlooking the marina. The food was delicious. It is quite expensive (if not doing half board) but well worth the money. The entire site was clean and the cleaning staff work tirelessly all day, including two services of the rooms - one clean during the day and also one after 8pm. Both pools were great and offer something different - the Talaoitic pool is cooler, great for having a swim and cooling off after laying in the sun; the other pool has a jacuzzi corner and a swim-up bar. The local marina just has a lovely vibe with some shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from, a handful of which are owned by the Lago Resort. There is a 19th century lighthouse about a 10-15 minute walk away where you can catch a stunning sunset over the Mediterranean.

There is only one beach in the area which is packed all day.

This hotel combines eco-conscious comfort and a fantastic location, but it’s the exceptional staff who are the real gem, making the experience unforgettable We stayed in a room overlooking the marina with a private patio, which was a real highlight. The room was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The dining experience at the Foc restaurant was exceptional. The staff there were particularly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that each meal was enjoyable. Their warm service made a significant difference, adding a personal touch to our dining experiences that we greatly appreciated. Choosing the half-board option proved to be an excellent decision, as the quality and variety of food exceeded our expectations. Overall, the exceptional service throughout the hotel, especially in the restaurant, really set our stay apart. We would highly recommend Suites del Lago Resort and look forward to visiting again!

Very stylish and peaceful, with direct access on to the Marina and the surrounding restaurants. Lovely jacuzzi bedroom with stunning views of the Marina. Easy on street parking outside. Plentiful sunbeds. Had a very enjoyable few days.

At breakfast you had to order hot options off menu which is good in that they’re freshly cooked, but the portion sizes were somewhat small. Plenty of cold buffet options so you won’t go hungry, but I prefer a larger hot offering. The chips need to be cooked for longer at the poolside restaurant as they were raw on the inside which was off putting, especially given the price, and I’d recommend some lighter options being added to the menu for lunchtime - e.g. sandwiches, etc, as we ended up eating lunch elsewhere due to the more dinner style menu.

Very nice hotel, great and atentative staff, small surprises on the room every day. Hotel restaurant is nice, well organised and cosy. Overall, really very nice experience. I would probably give 10 rating, but there were few points for improvement.

Acoustic comfort of the room was good, but door at the balcony did not seal well. Result is that you hear neighbours during the night when they speak at their terrace. We even had some loud ones. Prices of drinks are on the high side and pool at the room is quite cold.

The rooms are beautiful, so tastefully done , beds comfortable, shower pressure lovely. Nice touch to have a nespresso machine in room. When you get there they give you a lovely bracelet to be worn for the stay, this bracelet acts as an electronic room key to give you access to your room , nice touch. No need to remember room key ! Breakfast was delicious, plenty on offer to help yourself and the made to order service was quick and delicious, fresh orange juice the minute you sat down was also a nice touch . Pool areas were clean , one side warmer than the other , but nice to have that option depending on how hot you were . Cabanas and sun loungers were lovely . The gym on the suites side was small so we opted to use the one in the other section of their hotel for no charge , lots of equipment on offer and free towels. Reception were ever so friendly and helpful. Making restaurant bookings for us and ordering cabs was no problem whatsoever. We also used their lovely ecovan to transfer back to the airport I which they accommodated our cycling box , luggage and us in very comfortably Staff that went the extra mile for us were Pedro Asish Candy The hotel is so very well thought out for the client but also the environment Would definitely recommend and return

The marina by the hotel was a bit brits abroad for us so we headed out most nights to other areas. The cycle storage needs a dust and clean , doesn't feel safe enough to leave bikes , access was open and area looked tired. More 'easy' lunch options by the pool would be nice , sandwiches etc .. it was quite fancy for a pool lunch . Room 85 nice balcony view of the marina 👌 8

Warm welcome , eco friendly , clean . Perfect pool area . Free minibar. Amazing breakfast . We tried the Peruvian aswell wish was very good. The staff really couldn’t do enough for you. We couldn’t fault it. We already cannot wait to go back

The gym was pointless as it has nothing in. So if you think your going to have a good gym / weight session think again . Only good for body weight exercise like HIIT!

The breakfast and evening meal were excellent ! The ambience of the hotel was relaxed and calm and well suited for a relaxing adults only holiday.

If I had to pick something I didn’t like, it would probably be the lack of English speaking TV channels. This wouldn’t normally be an issue but it would have been nice to watch a few Olympic events. Even though the TV menu said there were English channels there wasn’t any signal.
