Amazing spot for a breathtaking sunset. The hotel is conveniently located near Ciutadella, making it easy to reach the city in less than 10 minutes, as well as many beaches on the western side of the island. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very kind. The international breakfast was good and comprehensive. While the restaurant has more of a canteen feel, the variety of food offered is impressive.

Partial sea view: essentially no sea view (it might be better to be honest with guests about this). The swimming pool was not clean. The room was okay and very clean when we arrived, but some details were disappointing, such as stains on the curtains and ceiling. They claim to clean the room daily, but it's not thorough; they mostly just change towels and make the bed. The bar could be better organized and offer more to guests.

We had two lovely ground floor rooms . Spotlessly clean , very comfortable , added benefit of a mini kitchen ( no kettle ) but very handy if wanting to make something to eat . Beds very comfy . We had fantastic sea views & we went half board . Good was fine although a little cold at times . Good choices & excellent desserts & ice cream bar !!! We got this place at an exceptional price . I’d say it’s more 3 star but we loved it & would go back . The one thing that stood out was the staff - exceptional & very professional from cleaners to reception from bar staff to maintenance a great team very helpful . Ps the sunsets are glorious people come from all over to see the sunset here .

This location was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were spacious, clean and relaxing. The views stunning!! The location was close to bus stops to access Ciutadella and a short walk to restaurants in Cala en Blanes. For a small fee we were able to hire bikes from the hotel to ride into town and their included buffet breakfast each morning was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!!

The only issue we had was the power going out in our unit on the first night due to problems with the air con. The hotel staff were quick to address this and the issue resolved!

The food was excellent, great choice, lots of veggies and fruit. They took good care of one of us who was vegan. Everyone who works there is so friendly and kind.

I wish they served water with dinner. Also it was a bit late for us, could be at 7pm rather then 8pm. The rooms were lovely spacious, we loved the location. On our last night we had neighbours who were a bit loud partying till early morning hours and the room didn't have soundproofing but then people are on hols what can you do.

Dinner wasn’t served till 8pm a bit late for us Food was good /variety/flavour although could have been warmer …cold a lot of the time which was disappointing….I’m sure this could be sorted with a bit of thought Had to use microwave to heat and enjoy Only two coffee machines …..definitely not enough Rooms were nice but could go with a bit of updating for a 4* resort However despite this we will go back

The location, layout, and number of pools were great. The view from our room was spectacular. The room was an apartment we were able to make coffee and sit on the balcony. We love having a fridge and basic kitchen tools to have drinks and snacks for ourselves. The staff, Laura, in particular, was very helpful.

It was a heat wave and the A/C was broken in the first room we stayed in. They were helpful and moved us to another room but the A/C wasn't much better. We had a fan but it was incredibly hot. The windows do not have screens so leaving the open for a breeze was not an option because of bugs. You have to pay for pool towels, dish/soap at the front desk, we aren't sure if there's anything else but it was a surprise.It was an odd request and I note it here so others are aware.

Food different,but all the same taste, cook very unprofessional. Not very well maintained apartment .Noise from upper apartment is loud when moving chairs .Swimming pool not heated but very clean,opened only from 12 to 6:30 pm.

The place is amazing with the perfect spot for sunset every evening. The staff are making everything possible to have awesome vacation, always smiling and always have something nice to say. They also doing their best to adapt to you and your habits (stayed 2 weeks with my family). The food is diverse and change daily, you will always have something nice to eat (had full board). The guests are all kind of and very diverse. You will never feel apart. Fully recommended, we had awesome vacation!

missing some kitchenette accessories like coffee machine, tea maker, bottle opener etc.

The location is simply amazing, basically on a cliff facing one of the best sunset I’ve seen in my life. The facility are nice (multiple pools) and the food choice great (we had both breakfast and dinner buffet).

The room smelled a little of humidity.
